The location is great, however the staff unlike the new crown Plaza. Who so friendly and they takes care of you as soon you arrive. The restaurant is great and has multiple choices

You charged us 500 rmb for the bad sheet cleaning claiming it’s blood. Where in fact it was strawberry which could happen if you have children with you. Anyhow I didn’t argue with them, just paid and walked out

The air conditioning duct give bad smell and the carpet need to change also have bad smell

The location was good, 8 min walk to Nova mall, metro station, and an Indian restaurant. Breakfast good. Staff tried their best to accommodate guests.

Dinner was served very early and ended early.

The staff is fantastic, with big smiling faces, ready to help and speaks good english. The location is central, with malls and restaurants within walking distance. I think the subway is also near, even though I didn't use it. Some major attractions are also nearby. I think the location is fantastic.

The room smelled like cigarettes in the beginning. After a while I think I got accustomed to it. The property is a bit old.

The location was nice and the rooms were spacious.

The whole property is very old and doesn't live up to 4 star standards. Carpets are stinking and passageway leading to rooms are dark. The wall panelling in dark teakwood transports you to a horror movie set.

From the moment of check-in, every detail reflected the highest standards of service. I was truly impressed by the generous room upgrade, the outstanding quality of the meals, and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the facilities.In particular, I would like to commend Ms. Catherine and Ms. Jessy at the reception. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression and greatly enhanced my experience. They are truly excellent representatives of your commitment to guest satisfaction.

This is an older hotel that was opened in 1981 with just over 400 rooms. The condition of the rooms is generally good, although they are dark. The staff is responsive and the problem of a non-working aircon followed by two interventions of engineers was finally resolved with an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is extensive offering a large variety of Indian food as well. Internet access is reliable and allows access to Yahoo and WhatsApp. The staff, especially Mr. David at the reception desk was most helpful.

We booked club level with lounge access. The rooms on the club level offer basic comfort of a standard 4 star hotel. The dark carpet contributes further to the already sombre light in the room. Booking the lounge access is not worthwhile. The club opens at 17.30 - 20.00 hrs with access to a small buffet. There are two Chilean wines (white + red) and beers offered, but no other drinks.

Staff very good all know English. Have all facilities like gym and swimming po. Also have indian breakfast.

Smelly rooms, old carpet, room in disrepair, had a 24 hour in room dining menu but when we called was told that they do not offer that anymore (but still seemed to advertise 24 hours dining in the room), cold wet towels in the room, phone line had loud static noise making it hard to listen to the person on the other side, empty bar fridge in the room. Ch checked out early with one day remaining in my stay. That should tell U what I think of the place. I recommend staying at Intercontinental at Dingping only 10km away. Amazing place

Good treatment of the hotel, restaurant and sports club

Location. Room size. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance to attractions like 祖庙，岭南天地。Warm air conditioning not working. But hotel provided a heater. All good after that.

Very good stuff, friendly and keen to help with all issues. Regardless, their english wasn't that good but managed to communicate.

Cigar smell in the corridors, in my room (non-smoking room) and a weird odour. Surely, it requires a refurbishment for a crowne brand.

Location was great, staff were very helpful.

The desk chair needs carpet casters, not hrd floor casters. Can't hardly move it when sitting down

The warm welcome from the service staff Catherine, she was so friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.Due to the raining weather and my early arrival time, Catherine share with us and direct us to tour around the nearby attraction and come back for early check-in. Upon return after our tour, she already prepared an upgraded BIG room with great view for us. The service quality of the hotel staff Catherine makes the most impactful of my stay. She was sensitive to observe my wife tireless, make decision to make adjustment for the customer needs.

Dinner closing time was 9.30 pm BUT we were not allowed to enter for dinner at 8.45 pm which was little bit disappointing eventually we had to order for room service (which was good).

This hotel is beautiful and perfectly clean.Ground staff at reception Catherine she perfectly justified her duty. Her beautiful smile and gesture made my day wonderful. This hotel is very lucky to have Catherine in their team. Highly recommended
