Very nice, clean hotel. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and wonderful staff

Service is good. Staff were kind and helpful especially when my son was ill and they gave me food to bring breakfast upstairs for him.

We booked two non smoking rooms. But my sons’ room stank of cigarette smell. Our rooms didn’t have bath robes.

Ideal Location with Shopping Malls with lots of diverse Restaurants around . The Staff at the Front-Office and the Management was really helpful and friendly , they did all their best to ease my stay

Just a little feedback, room for improvement: limited options for vegetarians and vegans on the breakfast buffet, options decreased further as veg dishes were placed in between non-veg ones leading to cross contamination, instead of grouping the veg together. Wrong information from staff of what is veg and non-veg. On one occasion it took a long time for reception staff to understand that we were asking to keep the same room when extending one night, the language barrier was not the problem, the issue was that the receptionist seemed not to know how to set English to Mandarin translation on her device! It is essential that reception staff should be able to communicate.

Poor breakfast for healthier or slightly world-wide choice. Terrible coffee (like most China). Staff with basically no english at reception. Surprisingly the breakfast staff understood well.

The parking is underground and once you are in it can be quite tough finding way out as it’s a huge complex.

There is nothing to be recalled after check out from the facility.The only thing that I can say is front counter is good in handling check in and check out process.

My stay is considered not really value for money. The room is said to be upgraded, but there is nothing special about it.Breakfast is so so and nothing excited to boost up the day.Breakfast serving staff is not well trained to take care the food counter, and not greeting clients well when some clients smiling at them.

floor tiles were so slippery. if you bring kids or eldery people, should be very careful. all staff(front desk, cleaning staff) is nice but most of them don’t speak English at all. And I saw a cockroach in my room and it made me freak out
