Doubletree By Hilton Foshan Nanhai

the beds are comfortable, rooms are big and adequated with new equipment

unfortunately breakfast was not so international we would like to see more global foods and beverages rather than China. And please put ingredients labels for each because we do not eat lard

The rooms are clean and modern

This property could have been so much better. The rooms are clean and modern HOWEVER it stinks cigarette smell everywhere. People smoked in their rooms, corridors and elevators. Unbelievable. The reception desk staff barely speaks English and unfriendly. The check in process takes forever. Breakfast was average, not that great. The wifi signal was weak. The location was way too far from the Canton fair. It took us 1 hour to get there. I would not stay there again.

Wonderful hotel , good location Clean and big rooms

Room was modern, spacious and had a work desk. Toilet had a separate sink from shower area which also had a tub overlooking the scenery.

More attention could be paid to the clean. It wasn't dirty per se just not the best effort by housekeepers.

Amazing attentive staff. Helped with everything I needed.

It’s out of the way from Guangzhou but at least taxis are inexpensive. Can improve on the in room dining menu. Needs more options

Affordable, clean and friendly stall. Special mention to Ms. Hedy Peng.

View, location and staff

It had a nice view of the city of Foshan and is in between guangzhou city centre and Foshan city centre. security was tight and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would come back and stay if I need to visit my suppliers in the area.

It didn't affect me that much, but I felt that it was weird that I need to use another set of lift to the rooms and that set of lift does not reach the 1st floor. so in the case of an fire outbreak do we need to take the lift to lvl 50 and change lift to lvl 1?

Everything is perfect

Only thing is I didn’t get my Deposit Back to my bank account.even I try to contact hotel regarding this issue and still it’s not received

The hotel was nice in General, techy vibes from lighting in the lift, hallways & rooms .. to room controls. The rooms where clean and the staff was really helpful, especially Chief concierge-Marlboro who helped me quite a bit on multiple occasions.

The Concierge, Marlboro was outstanding. Great personality and extremely helpful with any questions about the local area and what to do there. He delivered extra water to the room and checked if anything else was needed - outstanding!! 10/10??

I love everything the customer service was wonderful the hotel clean and abordable price
