Friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast buffet. New, clean, stylish and modern decor and facilities.

The breakfast and the room size was good, including the location for us.t

The cleanliness was not up to the standard. Our bathroom curtains had stains and looked like it has not been changed in ages. The staff weren't friendly. Really hated the fact that we had to buy something to stay in the business centre (especially as a guest) even though it was literally empty. Another instance, we had our package delivered to the reception, when we later received it, it had food in the bad like someone was eating something and left it in our package. Quite disgusting!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great location. But the breakfast is not convenient for europians.

I paid extra for this hotel as it a branded hotel. The service desk english was poor and also I was attacked by a series of mosquitos within a short period of time in the bar. Very unhappy. They offered drinks to compensate and brought me spray but I didnt expect this. Very poor.

Customer service, lack of english speaking management/staff. Poor insect repellent.

One of the staff was very helpful and friendly in supporting me in carrying my stuff to the lobby. Her name is Chitty Huang from reception! Thanks for your professional.

The cleaning staff was very rude and unprofessional. The room was marked not to be disturbed, but they went in to clean it without permission. On the other hand, when they opened the door, they did not knock. Two such rude and unprofessional acts occurred within a few days of staying.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, professional and did everything they could to make sure I had a nice stay. The outdoor pool was bigger than expected, beautiful rooms.

Breakfast had limited options, however, staff offered to make dishes that were not available at the limited selection buffet

I liked the big room and shops around the hotel. The hotel has a great restaurant and the food is very good! We loved the Starbucks at the back of the hotel.

I did not like that we had to wait for assistance with the club membership for afternoon tea and evening snacks. We waited an hour for service, but no one helped.

It’s an excellent place to stay and the neighborhood is full of life. I wish I could have stayed there long.
