ISG Sabiha Gokcen Airport Hotel

Everything except noise at night. The ventilation in the hallway, noise in the next room, the sounds of furniture being moved across the floor. It should have been carpeted everywhere.

noise full night. The ventilation in the hallway, noise in the next room, the sounds of furniture being moved across the floor. It should have been carpeted everywhere.

Close proximity to the airport and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The airport is very audible from rooms on the terminal-facing side of the building. Furnishings starting to show some wear.

Next to the airport which is ideal, breakfast has a good choice and the hot food is always hot.

Bread is not as fresh as i would expect.

Less than 5 min walk for the airport, super convenient for overnight layovers. Breakfast opens at 4:30 which is perfect for early flights. Super frienfly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast didn't taste very good (for my taste). But there is a very wide variety of options and it opens very early, which is convenient.

Breakfast was wonderful woth lot of different options.

We had dinner there and stake was overpriced with the portions and we got served cold.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient for overnight stays before a flight. I have stayed for one night with my family several times in the past few years, and we don't need anything fancy.

It seems, the overall experience is a bit declining: we never had issues before, but this time we had several annoying moments. The extra bed for our kid was too small (did not match the age I've specified during reservation), so we had to ask for a replacement (which was quick). There was no soap in the bathroom, and the tap itself was sprinkling (missing water mesh or something like that). The toilet was difficult to flush. Coffee and juice during breakfast were disappointing. I hope these little things will be fixed.

Clean and comfortable.

Shower was difficult to turn on. Also not enough signage showing direction to the hotel both in the Airport and the Metro station.

Great hotel when you need a restful sleep between 2 flights. The fitness room is exceptionally equipped. The restaurant is great quality and better to eat here than the airport ( much cheaper!!)

Everything was great

Good location, big rooms, the bathroom smelled like smoke and the pillows were awful and no shampoo or conditioner. But good overall

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISAPPOINTING HOTEL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD — AND I NEVER EVEN MADE IT TO THE PROPERTY.After 20 years of traveling, I can confidently say I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. The customer service was so shockingly bad that I’m genuinely relieved I didn’t have to stay there. If this is how they treat guests before arrival, I can’t imagine how much worse it gets afterward. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: think twice before booking. There are countless hotels out there — you do not need to deal with this level of incompetence and hostility. AND CHERRY ON THE TOP, THEY CHARGED ME FULL AMOUNT

Very close to the airport. Nice staff. Comfy beds, clean room. Good breakfast.

Very good hotel.just next to airport.good luxury room.good space.good bathroom.best choice.

Nothing to say.

The location is excellent and the restaurant facilities are very good, with a good range of products for all tastes.

The fact that there is no direct lift to floor 4 is a little annoying and the signs to find your room are not as easily followed as they might be. Having to walk all the way around the hotel floors to find the second lift, with luggage is a pain.Restaurant prices are a little high, bearing in mind how much the rooms cost. Also, the one of the curtains in my room was falling off.

Location is a walking distance from the airport, the main reason we booked it. Mainly for layover sleep.

Close to airport walking distance. Very clean and modern. Soundproof rooms.

The hotel is very convenient for early morning flights. It is clean and well maintained. It has a restaurant and bar area. All very nice. It also was close to the metro, so we were able to jump on it and go to the Grand Bazaar for a much cheaper price than taking a taxi. BEWARE OF THE TAXIS, they will take advantage of foreigners. Also. the front staff was very helpful when we discovered we were at the wrong airport. They arranged a car for us, and we made our flight.

Unfortunately for us, I didn't realize there are two airports in Istanbul and we were flying out of the other one. Not their fault, but a heads up would have been advantageous to us.Also, there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner supplied. Something I see in most hotels. You also need to walk outside to get to the hotel from the airport.

Accessibility, modern and clean.

You book it for the location, and it is perfect, apart from that everything is good. Beds are comfy and room is clean.

Near sabiha airport, only few minutes walk , Spacious clean room

They provide me small twin bed, i am a single traveler, i make my request for double bed during my reservation and it was not full filled

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 straight years. We arrive at the international airport and take a taxi to SAW. We always enjoy that first chance to relax in the courtyard and then have dinner. being able to walk to SAW from the hotel makes it so easy.
