Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa

The staff is great. Hotel employee was very professional and helpful. Hotel employee was very polite and courteous. Also the restaurant staff was nice.

Newly build and great ambiance. good location if you want to stay close to airport, next to outlet mall restaurants.

Staff is likely new and hesitant for above and beyond service asked. Nice decent breakfast but missing omelette and fried eggs.

Very close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Terrible staff.

Tatyana and Cat were excellent with us. We had 4 rooms and accommodated us with anything we needed.

Room size , breakfast ,SPA . And of course the wonderful service staff

Only the location , although its super quite neighborhood, but a bit far from attractions for tourists.

Clean, location and staff

Breakfast

The location is good for those traveling via Sabiha airport. The room were big with everything I needed, the bed was super comfortable. The SPA area was also great.

The breakfast buffet could be better. It was good but could be a bigger choice.

The room was very spacious and featured large windows. The sofa placed in the center of the room added to the comfort of the space. The room was clean, tidy, and well organized. The staff were consistently kind and polite throughout our stay

I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and Viaport shopping mall. However, it is far from most other parts of the city, and access to the nearest metro requires taking a taxi.We were there on New Year’s Eve, and it was a little disappointing that there was no special program or event for guests, as I had expected something to mark the occasion

Located near a decent shopping mall; breakfast was nice and clean room.

Far from main spots in Istanbul. There was a beautiful pool but no amendities like chairs, umbrellas, etc.

We had a great experience at Miracle Hotel Istanbul. Special thanks to Ali Yaman, who was extremely helpful and arranged a much better room for us. The hotel staff and management were very supportive, as always. We always choose this hotel when we come to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hospitality. This is my second visit already . Particularly worth mentioning, Mrs . Tatyana baysal ( guest relations manager ) , whom always went above and beyond to provide information and assistance in an expedient manner . Breakfast is very good as well .

Clean v good location staff all are nice and helpful many restaurants around clops to via port mall I advised this hotel to all

Nothing all good

We felt so much welcomed from the boys at the reception when we arrived at the late night, thank you:). Comfortable bed and blankets been also amazing:)

The hotel is wonderful! It’s in a great location near the airport, outlet shops, and good restaurants. The spa is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Close to Airport

The pillows they were huge we couldn’t sleep very much we’ve checked the wardrobe looking for smaller pillows unfortunately they weren’t any we asked the receptionist in the morning said they always kept some but we had ask for I believe it was our fault that we didn’t ask.

close to Sabiha airport, lovely staff- Emir was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed

Lovely and gigantic breakfast buffet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

The hotel's location is very close to Sabiha Airport. There are good shops and cafes nearby, and a huge Viaport Asia Outlet is also within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and bright, the breakfasts are delicious and varied.

nothing to say

Excellent hospitality, wonderful breakfast , expedient check in .

Very nice hotel near SAW airport. Lots of amenities and free sauna.

The breakfast had many options, but nothing fancy.
