Location. Big gym. Big swimming pool. Water. Coffee n tea. Was offered every day

It's my second time in green park pendik hotel. But my room was never been cleaned for all my stay..12...15.8.2022. So I was taking towels and tissue room from the trolley. Same complan I said to reception on check out day...

There is many things I don¿t like about hotel, management is terrible and costumer service is very unprofessional.

I went to Istanbul more than 30 times and i never become happy like this time in this hotel , the work staff and cleaning and quality also its price is competitive and the place is in the heart of historical places

I like that it’s wasn’t over crowded to be a convention center. I absolutely love the spa. Close access to like shopping center.

When walking out your room, it was very hot . When in the shower it gets cold and turn off ( not fun ) . The water pressure was low. The carpet in the hotel looks like it’s been flooded before. When you ask for room to be cleaned they just change the line give you new towels and take out the trash.

I always stay at Green Park Hotel Pendik on my visits to Istanbul. It's away from all the crowds of the European side and it's the best value for money. It also has the biggest standard hotel room I have ever stayed at. I would personally like to thank the reception staff who upgraded my standard garden room to a sea view room without any charge and also gave me a very big discount on the sea side suite that I was staying at. BUSE was one of the receptionists who helped me in getting all the crazy discounts and she was very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and kind. We initially booked two standard rooms, but they generously upgraded us for free—one to a suite and the other to a sea view room.Although our reservation did not include breakfast, the hotel kindly provided us with complimentary breakfast throughout our stay as a warm gesture since it was our first time staying with them.I would especially like to thank Ms. Buse at the reception. She was very professional, helpful, and made our experience even better.We truly hope to come back to this hotel again, and I seriously recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul—especially if your main goal is not staying in Taksim or the Old City. This hotel can definitely be an excellent choice for your trip.

Very good hotel, very professional and very friendly staff, they heloed us a lot in getting around, excellent location. Just 5 min walk to metro station if you need to travel in Istanbul fast. Great kitchen, especially for those who love ethnic quisin. Great gym and swimming pool. It is worth every penny paid! Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

I didn't like anything. The information provided in Booking about this hotel is unreliable. This hotel does not meet the standard for 2 stars, not 5. They have no respect for customers or people's faith there. My wife and I were there during Ramadan from 11.03 to 15.03.2025 and we were subjected to terrible humiliation. It turned out that the bedroom was not attached to the hotel / despite the fact that it says here that it is attached to the hotel / and while we were in our swimsuits, outside visitors, men and women, dressed and shod, entered the bedroom area ... Horror

On top of that, on 15.03.2025 in the morning at 07:00 / when I got up / it turned out that there was no electricity in the hotel and that the elevators were not working. We had to leave and the hotel did not help us in any way. We used the flashlights on our phones to illuminate the corridors and we had to carry over 50 kilograms of luggage down 11 floors ourselves along dark corridors and stairs, and I had surgery and should not carry heavy things, but no one cared about that. While at the reception there were nearly 8 male staff who did nothing. This is the most terrible place. We have not received any compensation for the inconvenience caused. This hotel does not even deserve two stars. Terrible attitude towards the customer / I have photos and videos of everything that was done to me. I will provide them to the consumer protection commission. /

Nice personel. Offered us better room for free one of the biggest, we had a sea view, Everything was very comfortable. So clean and the bed was so comfortable, including fruit in our room. Definitely we would book it again.

The location is convenient if you want to stay close to the airport and the beach.

The restaurant staff is rude and unfriendly. almost nobody speaks English. Room service will take about 1 hour to get to you and the food will likely be cold. Rooms are not insulated against noise.The hotel in general is pretty old and not well maintained.
