Nice staff and close to groceries, pharmacy and bus line.

This hotel was very dirty and smelly. My room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all and the hallways were disgusting. Also not the safest area. The first time I walked out of the hotel I was almost knocked over by a cop chasing down some guy.

Front desk and the couple who cleaned the rooms were very nice.

1. Floor was dirty, wiped it down myself 2. Fridge made an awful noise, hard to sleep. 3. Coffee dispenser did not work and they did not have another one.

On my arrival I had to make some changes with my booking n they helped that was great n I was grateful for that..

On my time to leave I couldn't wait on the lobby for my Uber cuz the girl on the desk had to go do something so she had to lock the door so I had to step out n wait for my Uber outside the lobby/office... oh well!!

I did not like anything about this hotel. This was more like a sleazy motel. Do not spend your money on this hotel spend the extra penny's to get a great night sleep. This place was trash. Trash Trash Trash ! Don't do it, Don't do it Don't do it!

The quality is below poor. Dead roach on the wall,a hole in the wall, walls had dirty hand prints along with filth. The floors where dirty. The tub had a ring of dirt around it the toliet had had a ring in it along with hair along the side of it. Crazy!

Water was hot for a little min and the floor was clean but other then that the dirty walls and blood and bugs was nasty

Nothing! This is the worst of them all!

This place was very nasty! There were bugs in the room! It smelled of mold and cigarettes! The staff weren't helpful. They didn't want to give us wash clothes or towels. The grounds weren't kept up. WE DID NOT GET ROOM SERVICE!

the morning staff lady got very hostile with me and my bf. he was asking to extend the room and she started yelling at him from the jump because it was under my name and not his name. she was very rude and disrespectful.

The room was a horrible, filthy, blood stains under the sink, black mold everywhere, dirty sheets, broken microwave with spider webs, the odor in the room was terrible, it smelled like pungent cigar smoke when it was supposed to be non smoking. Dangerous!

This hotel should be reported to the Board of Health, mostly due to the very dangerous Black Mold with can be a lethal heal the issue, people can die of it, it's not a Safe hotel & should be shut down!!!

The front desk clerk was very welcoming after a long drive.

There were roaches everywhere. On the counters, on the bed, dead ones in the bed. Big and small. I was so uncomfortable and because it was so late, I couldn¿t go anywhere. I had to makee we it work for my baby boy and 10 year old. I barely slept.

Nothing. But I guess you get what you pay for with there star level rating.

Everything. No channels to watch on TV claim the WiFi was down at the time I don't believe that. Don't think you paid your bill is what I think. Says that you have a pool you might as well not have one if it's not open and available to use.

It was close to the airport

The room was dark. It had a funky smell. I didn¿t feel very safe.

It was disgusting. The whole place stank if weed and cigarettes, including our non-smoking room and bed sheets.

not allowed to sit in the lobby for the 30 minutes until checkin time. Room was doublebooked and woke up at 10 with someone trying to get in.Hotel employee was rude and literally refused to speak to me when I request the keycard to be rekeyed.Very small b
