Clean, friendly staff

TV channels, every channel I wanted to watch came up as off the air, even after I had been watching it 15 minutes earlier.

The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness. Also lots of shops and food nearby.

The tub needed a stopper, I had to make-shift one so I could take a bath.

It was clean and the breakfast was very good, many options to choose from. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were also comfortable.

The shower wouldn't switch from the faucet to the shower with the pull knob, I had to put my finger in the faucet hole. It was difficult to adjust the water temp. The staff all needed attitude adjustments that day!!

I loved that the hot tub was hot! Felt so good and I really enjoyed the soak! I liked the breakfast options. Nice to have a variety of options.

I didn't realize until we were leaving that the blinds closed and the adjuster was by the door. I only discovered it as we weere leaving. Bummer because the parking lot lights were really bright but good thing I was to tired and fell asleep.

The fact that there was no room available when I tried to check in, was paid for 6 days before I got there.

Staff was super friendly but not helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. It Could have been a really nice hotel if we had breakfast, pool towels, and had there not been a water leak that had water coming out of the roof and light fixture above our door

They ran out of breakfast. They didn¿t have any towels by the pool. There was a leak in the roof just outside our room so the carpet was soaked and water dripped on us. Staff said they were aware of the problem but did nothing to fix it or catch the wate

The hotel was clean with amenities such as a pool, workout center and continental breakfast. Great value for the price. Only 13 minutes from the SLC airport.

Unfortunately we did not make it into our room untill midnight and had multiple issues. We attempted to contact the front desk over 10+ via phone and we went to the lobby 3 times only to find it unattended.

Great location for our soccer tourney-lots of places to eat within walking. Super clean and a great staff!

Computer was not working when i checked out, so I do not know yet if I received my refund for leaving two days early like the hotel staff said I would.

Location was convenient. Provided complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste when I needed.

Breakfast was to be included. What they served was a limp bagel, tiny yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. The website promotes a fire pit outside, which was not working apparently, or the front desk person didn't think it was. The front desk was typically vacant

We were very impressed with the staff at check in and the super cute room! Everything was very clean and close to a bakery and Hawaiian food. Perfect for helping us deal with delayed flights into Utah and lost luggage.

Super clean hotel. Loved the large tv for all day lounging. Had a nice breakfast bag to pick up in the morning. Loved the ice machine there too! Clean Clean Clean.
