They charged me $100 deposit & never credited it back & said they did

The staff was happy and nice. Our room was clean and the fridge was a nice size. It’s an older hotel so the hallway decor is a little dated but not terrible.

The carpets in the stairways were pretty dirty. Not a deal killer but it did stand out to me.

Lots of restaurants nearby and frree parking

Fridge in room was in desperate need of defrost. A massive block of ice. Coffee was usually lukewarm as was hot breakfast. When I arrived there was a wet rag outside my room. I told staff but they did not seem concerned . Decor is tired and stained.

It's location in relation to the airport.

The front desk employee was not friendly or welcoming. Questions asked were met with irritation by her. Also, the hotel had the appearance of not being clean. Carpeting was very stained, hallway walls were dingy.

The best thing about the hotel was its location. It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. I stayed there for a week long event and it was a 5 minute walk to the Maverick Center.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. The lights flickering, breakfast was minimal selection compared to others. Had to clean my own room, get toilet paper, towels and sheets at the front desk. The elevator is slow & Much more.

Close to our daughter?s home. Price was good for a decent hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Room too dark even with curtains opened.

Hotel was located near to the attractions we wanted to visit. Located near access to interstate.

Booked and paid for room online. When I arrived at the hotel they informed me that they had overbooked, room was not available. The clerk was not friendly or helpful. When I finally was able to get a room, not the one with 2 beds I paid for, it was dirty.

The hotel keys stopped working on four different occasions, the ceiling in the poolroom was broken so it was completly freezing and the tv in the room did not work to watch tv

The guy at the front desk was nice. But I ended up leaving after 45 minutes, because the room was like a Motel 6.

The room. Blankets had stained. The ceiling had a bunch of hanging dust. The heater vent was extremely loud. Anytime you moved on the bed, it squeaked really loud. It didn't smell right in there. I went to a different hotel 45min after

The costumer service she try to charge me $50 dollars more if I get the room 10 or 20 minutes earlier . I leave the room on the 22nd. A day before

Heat and air seemed to be wired wrong . Turn on the heat ,it got cold, turn on the conditioner got hot.

Breakfast was good.

hot tub was full of green algae, Front desk male nice guy , looks like he sleeps in office, did not see much relief , for him. 2nd morning has no hot water to shower or clean up.

Room faced 2 bright streetlights and drapes would not pull together to provide darkness for sleeping. ?

Clean rooms and attentive front desk. Very comfy beds.

I wish the breakfast went later than 9 am

Exactly what I expected for a Comfort Inn

2 times I used side door it wasn't locked. Not an issue during my stay, but could be.

It was clean and near out destination.

The TV was unavailable the last night of our stay.

Very friendly staff, even when an ignorant customer was screaming at him. The evening gentleman was really calm and polite. I stay in a lot of hotels, we travel a lot for kids sports, this is definitely one I'll book again.

I hate that the beds are double beds and not queen, but it's fine. Room was clean, I was nervous when I read reviews when booking, but it wasn't bad at all. Tub needs a bit of maintenance. But that's just nitpicky stuff.

It was clean, location was good with lots of places to walk or drive to. Staff was great too.

We had problems with the key cards not working. Twice on the first night and once on the second night.

The TV didn't work, was finally working on the last day there. Very inconvenient. We couldn't swim because " the key to get into the pool area could not be found " or so we were told. The stairway was dirty and stayed dirty the entirety of the stay
