I really enjoyed the curtain with the tree and how nice the TV had my name and as well that there was two TVs in the room

There was no cups for drinking water

The staff was extremely helpful. Hotel employee was exceptionally good, kind, cheerful as a receptionist and then the next day she was busting her tail working breakfast like the energizer bunny.

Ok, didn't seem fresh!

No vent in restroom, no shampoo, front desk never answered the phone for service requests.

I liked the size of the breakfast and the accessibility of the TV.

They put out a pitcher of rotten/sour milk and because I didn't think I would have to check I poured myself some (wasn't clumpy yet) and then drank it while talking with my wife. As soon as it touched my tongue I knew it was bad and spit most of it out but I still swallowed some. Also WATCH OUT!!!! I booked online on booking.com. I opted to pay later so I didn't have to worry about it immediately. I then in July decided I'd pay for the room to ease my mind, I kept the receipt and everything just in case and when i got to the hotel in august they charged me again and I noticed another gentleman have the same problem as me. So luckily I looked and tried to square it up with them and they said "We don't have any note that you paid" and they then said they'd have the manager reach out to me when they could and it's been a week with no word. I got my money back from being double charged by filing a dispute with my bank. It may be a problem with their system but they shouldn't be double charging customers because of it. WATCH OUT!!!

Later time for breakfast serving, I missed it….

The room was not ready until 5PM.Our room had such a strong menthal odor that we could not sleep and it gave us headaches.

It was very close to our concert as well as, many food and coffee choices. It had a car wash even right behind it! Breakfast was great…..had waffles, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, juice, good coffee, bagels and pastries.

It had a bed

Dirty in bathroom. Ants in Bathroom. No air conditioning in hallways or elevators. Cost cutting I guess.

Very nice receptionist. She gave my baby toys upon checkin. We were allowed to check out late without additional fees, because our flight is still hours away. Wide variety of options for breakfast.
