Stayed at this hotel after a concert at the Maverick Center, so location was good. The hotel is in a business area of town and felt safe. The complimentary hot breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. Good common areas inside and out.

Both the pool area and my room were clean (I have very high cleanliness expectations), but I felt like they are beginning to show some wear and tear. Nothing that would cause me to think this hotel was unacceptable.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised with the large spacious room and the kitchen. The breakfast was also very nice! We enjoyed the walking trail with our pup.

It's nice to have a full fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.

The pool smelled weird. Maybe it was because it was saltwater? Not even sure if it was saltwater but it tasted salty and definitely had a strange odor in the pool area.

I got a 1 bedroom and the room was a good size

We paid for a king suite with a separate bedroom. We were put in a double queen room that was right next to an exit door and had to listen to that door LOUDLY open and close all night long! Worst night sleep ever.

The lobby was trashed the staff ignored us when we spoke to them it was for my girlfriend birthday

Having a nice room with a lot of amenities was nice.

Not necessarily the hotel, but I was charged twice and it took a day and a half to fix which was annoying.

We were given a smoking room without being informed at check-in. My wife is pregnant and I have a 3 y.o. with asthma. We immediately went back to the lobby and were told there were no other rooms available. Staff uncaring, none of us slept due to smell.

They Put Us In A Room Where The Fridge Didnt Work

I loved how spacious the room was, and there was additional seating space with a couch. 2 TV's, full-size fridge and freezer, great high-functioning microwave. Great experience!

The only thing I didn't love was that some of the staff weren't very friendly, but that's about all.

Bed sheets not clean, bed not properly done and shower had hairs, asked the cleaning lady to clean it and hairs still remain in shower walls

This is just a really nice hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The pocket door to our bathroom did not lock or shut all the way. And the bathroom fan did not turn on. Not real close to shopping centers or food

The staff was excellent, they made you feel welcome and that they enjoyed working there. Great breakfast. Excellent pool/hot tub. Great fire pit with comfortable seating.

No delivery listing. I didn't have a car so I couldn't go and get dinner. There was no information for me to order food. It would have been nice to have a list.
