Great location, close to shopping mall, breakfast was AWESOME!

Room light switches were cumbersome, some didn't work, & ONLY 1 USB charging port in the entire room!...& it was broken. :-(

Comfy bed & pillows, beautiful room, pump bottles of hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Free breakfast made to order food and buffet. Never seen that b4. Guest reception at 5pm w/food & 2 alcohol or non alcohol drinks per guest. Free prkg

My room was wonderful

Check-in took way too long. One person, for a long line, seemed "put out" by having to do her job.

It was near the police station and the mall.

honey options for coffee/tea and alternative milk other than almond, ie., coconut or soy.

Location and cleanliness been here a couple times.

Parking is a little small.

Friendly Staff and a nice breakfast

I requested 2 queen and was given a king and couch (I didn't complain because the hotel was sold out). The couch had a thin mattress and rough sheets. The towels were rough. It shows that the hotel focuses on looking not nice towels and pull out couches.

Our room was not cleaned very well. I understand that not all cleaning people showed up that day (or something) but the front room floor was sticky in multiple places, there was hair on the shower walls and floor that did not belong to us.

Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The beds are terrible. The sofa bed mattress completely flattened when laying on. You could feel every spring and bolt in the frame. Staff did bring a mattress topper and several blankets which did not help much at all.

The staff for both the hotel and restaurant are top notch and always available to help. Excellent food choices are offered by the hotel restaurant thus making it an easy decision to remain on site as opposed to venturing out and dealing with traffic.

The sofa in my suite has exceeded it's life and needs to be replaced as the cushions are frayed and no longer able to support any weight. I experienced the same issue in another suite the last time I stayed at this hotel last year.

Great breakfast and ¿social hour¿ in the evening. Nice hotel in lobby and other areas. Bed was comfy. ¿ ( a different door for bathroom is needed as you can hear EVERYTHING when someone is in there. )

The room was ¿ok¿. Much smaller than I was anticipating. The couch in the was TERRIBLE! As soon as you sat down you sunk down to the hide a bed. Very uncomfortable!! Very worn! Needs replaced. A different door for bathroom would be nice.

Loved the excellent breakfast options and free parking. The workout room was in great condition with lots of free weights in addition to exercise equipment.

It would have been nice for the hotel bar to be open at 1pm, instead of 5pm, especially on the weekends when lots of major football games are being played. Who waits until 5pm to open a bar for business?

Updated inviting lobby and rooms. Full breakfast in morning. Convenient to everything.

Loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful in ways that I have not experienced. Ronnie in particular was the best and went above and beyond to help us.

The furniture was old and didn't look that clean. Carpet did not look that clean.

Employee at the front desk was amazing! She made my daughter and I feel special. My 13 year old is still talking about her! I definitely recommend Embassy Suites Salt Lake City; especially is she is working!! Bob

I like how they serve The breakfast and how, They also cook my Hamlet.

I didn't like how I was Looking for parking. Maybe just because it was pack with Halloween party people on Saturday night. But Sunday morning was alright.

I've stayed many times due to excellent location. This is first time with a minor complaint. The clock wasn't working; it was immediately replaced. However, I believe cleaning staff should have noticed that it wasn't working. The refrig wasn't chill.

I liked that it was closed to my destination.

Yes,asked twice to make my bed and clean my room and they just took out the trash ¿¿ and pull down the bed ¿¿ sheets and that's it nothing professional
