The breakfast, the employees, the beds

There is a wide gap between the door and the doorframe when the door was closed and locked. Only issue.

They have good brand hygiene body wash, shampoo and Lotion compared to unknown brands. They have the latest pancake making device and superb enough breakfast . I have always preferred Holiday Inn but this particular one has Excellent Management team.

Cleanliness

Didn’t sleep or rest very well dogs were barking like crazy nonstop next-door for two days & nights ,I never rest at all.

24 HOUR Fitness & swimming, The staff very accommodating.

There was a constant noise like a bulldozer, I have no idea what it was but it was continual 24 hours a day:(

The pool.

Dirty rooms, unpleasant staff, cleaning up breakfast before it was time to do so.

The hotel was fairly new and in good condition. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good and had plenty of food options and drinks and had staff there if needed anything.

The Amana window unit compressor made an unusual noise when cycling off on room temperature, Im a retired commercial A/C technician of 25 yrs .I told the front desk next morning while checking out. I was told that they would have it checked.

parking spaces were tight when you got to open doors and unload; need more parking areas

Comfortable beds, the waterpark option, and the breakfast was really good.

The parking was limited, and we had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from our room because there was no other parking available.

The pool.

The breakfast was subpar. The walls are very thin. The bed was sunk in the middle. The bathroom fan did not work. The heating/cooling fan would not stay on. Hotel rooms seemed very dated. Parking was horrible.

I am getting sick of not knowing the pool and hot tubs are closed. it happens more often than not and it does not show that on your website.

Comfortable beds, clean hotel, free breakfast, decent price. Undisturbed sleep though I did stay during a time the Waterpark was closed and the front desk clerk mentioned it would be quieter than usual.

The AC unit in the room wouldn't stay on even with the fan set to stay on. I was too tired to request a different room and forgot to report it the next morning. The Waterpark is closed the month of February for renovations.

Great Fast, friendly check in. Clean Large room. Wonderful water park, Yummy Breakfast.

I liked that the room was clean and we always had fresh clean towels daily and the beds were made by the maid every day. The front desk clerks were friendly each time we got the wrist bands for swimming.

Our last day at the hotel the hot tub was marked off for guest not to use. This happened before when we stayed there back in March. I wish the hot tub was always in service.

I came here for an overnighter with my grandkids. They loved the waterslide and pool. It kept them entertained for hours. The room was quiet and comfortable. They had a great breakfast with lots of choices. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Everything. Easy check in, comfortable bed, shower and good towels. Really good free breakfast. Attentive staff in all departments.

It was difficult to find the front door as there are a couple hotels that seem to share the same space. Better signage would have helped.

I did like the room, it was clean and it had some fun updates to the lighting. The water slide was fun.

There seemed to be no soundproofing throughout the hotel. I could hear my neighbors talking, babies crying and someone upstairs running. Also the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer, and please don't have a/c on in the pool bathrooms!

The room wasn't cleaned properly there was food all over the carpet and the carpet in the hall smelt of mold bad.

Very helpful at the front desk. Allowed a pet for a fee. Nice breakfast buffet.
