    Pros +

    • We got a room pretty late and a discounted price. Really great place for the price we paid. We were barely there for 8 hours
    • it had a pool,spa,gym,laundry and breakfast
    • I was travelling with my elderly mother for a doctor's appointment and she likes to just zone out in front of the TV. It was nice to find a room with a separate living room area for watching TV, two queen beds and a kitchen.

    Cons -

    • it was loud from kids running through the halls, bathroom and room not clean
    • I asked the woman at the front desk for a quiet room away from the noise of the traffic. she put us in the corner of the hotel next to the most traffic on both sides. Possibly that was the only room available, but if so, she should have explained.
    • The staff that came in from 4:30pm overnight Our room AC wasn?t working all night I went and addressed the issue with the front desk and ask if we can move to another room and she said no we cannot

    The clean room and hotel

The staff in the morning at the front desk were so rude not just once but every time I went up there.

    10RobbiePosted on: 2-2-2025

Room was fabulous with unexpected kitchen and sofa with bed in a different room

Busy freeway very close, but wasn?t that noisy

EVERYTHING FROM THE (ENTIRE) STAFF, TO THE ROOMS, LOBBY, BREAKFAST AREA, THE POOL... EXCEPTIONAL!

UPGRADE THE LAUNDRY FACILITY, HOWEVER, THE CONVENIENCE AND ACCESSIBILITY IS A 7 OF 10.

Did not realize how large the room was. Ended up working great for the night we were there.

Super confusing with the Grins and Fins being shared with the Holiday Inn. If you tried to access the wrong door, you were locked out until you could find the right door. Pool was a little dirty. Saw some things we wish we hadn't

    9Verified guestPosted on: 10-7-2024

The room layout and the Grins & Finns Pool! Breakfast menu was a plus!

The coffee was not so good.

Breakfast was nice. Social hour was nice. Spacious room.

    10DianePosted on: 8-2-2024

The staff when we came in were really nice, unlike the other hotel we were supposed to stay at. The happy hour is awesome and the pool too. Love the place!

Pool hours need to be longer, if not 24 hours.

Two staff members at the front desk who work nights 7/14-7/15 night and 7/17(7pm night).

    7JillPosted on: 7-18-2024

the hotel was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was a little bit worn but the beds were comfortable. The pool could use a good cleaning. Lots of dirt in the corners

    8KaraPosted on: 7-17-2024

Very spacious rooms, very clean inside & out. Breakfast was good especially for a continental style. The pool was much better than our last stay as far as the employee manning the slide - they seemed to actually try to keep guests safe this time.

Entrance is a little tricky to get in/out. More or better seating for breakfast would be nice.

    9ScottPosted on: 8-6-2023

The room was clean and the shower emeneties were great.

The card swipe doesn't work very well at the gym. I had to swipe the card at least half dozen times for it to finally accept.

    9KaraPosted on: 7-17-2023

Very clean & excellent staff at the front desk. Breakfast had many choices & was still had lots of options at 9:15am.

The slide attendants are an absolute joke. They allowed kids to go down multiple at a time, head first & even locked the gate while there was a kid up top too scared to go down. I¿m shocked there aren¿t injuries galore but grateful there wasn¿t.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-28-2023

The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good.

The pool toys have not been maintained, most of the water features were missing or broken. The big slide was only open during very limited hours and the chlorine was so high that our eyes burned and at time would make everyone cough.

    10VanessaPosted on: 3-22-2023

The staff were all friendly and assisted me with small requests for my little family. My two little ones enjoyed swimming and our room was not far from the pool. The continental breakfast was different each day which my husband and I enjoyed very much.

The people walking in the hall at night and knocking on their room door was pretty loud and made my little one scared and she couldn't sleep.

Hotel has Waterpark for kids have to get towels at front desk and they never had any towels , sucks to swim in winter and not have a towel

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-22-2022

I liked the layout & small kitchenette. I liked the sofa bed option & the breakfast was excellent!

I did not appreciate having to pay $10 extra dollars to be able to go into the pool Are to watch my grandkids swim. There should not be a limit because most adults don¿t swim or go on the water slide.
