Hotel employee should never be allowed to interface with Customers. Had trouble with the TV. GM came up to fix it and said it would be fine. I asked him to try the remote because it had not worked He left without fixing it

The lobby was so stylish and professional. The lady that checked us in on Friday night, was busy but still very kind. Our room was clean and inviting.

The bathroom door had obvious water damage.

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels. This hotel the worst food choices. No oatmeal, not even instant. Eggs were little, flat. over hard fried eggs. No omelets or scrambled eggs. No boiled eggs. No bananas. No sugar free syrup.

There was no breakfast left or coffee by the time I went to grab a bite and there was still 30 minutes left for those services

The staff was nice.

The cleanliness of my initial room before requesting a new room with a toilet that was not overflowing with facial matter. In my second room the TV remote did not work and the desk was broken.

Internet not working; dirty linen heaped in clothes closet to chest height; no soap or shampoo in the bottles in the shower; hotel understaffed.to respond to maintenance needs.

It was newer

The hotel didn?t have our room ready at 3 when we were asked to check-in. When we showed that we were not impressed they hurried and said the cleaned it with in 10 minutes or less. It was not cleaned. We had the old tenants sheets still, wasn?t vacuumed.

Room was clean.

The TV wouldn't stay connected to the satellite TV. So no TV the first night. Staff was no help. Figured it out the next morning that it needed changed on the TV.

Pool and spa were clean. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent, bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. Shower pressure was good.

The blackout curtains in the room only cover part of the window and you can close them, they are like a decoration. The bright streetlights were streaming in all night and in the morning the sun woke us up too early. Bad nights sleep

Breakfast was good

$--- + per night, Heater in the room sounded like a jet engine, shower water pressure was poor, booked it for the pool. It was closed

The room was ok

The pool and spa was closed, the coffee in the lobby at night. They serve turkey sausage, not that great.

The room was nice and clean

It took us over an hour and half to check in. They were over booked and it caused many customers to wait in a very slow moving line. Only one lady at the check in and it took 15-20 to check in each customer. Many had to cancel.

We ordered a crib and they gave us a steel frame with a piece of plywood. They gave us a thick quilt to use as a mattress that could have suffocated the baby if he slept on his stomach. There was no hot food for breakfast the last 2 days. So much more.

Bed was comfortable

Didn't restock breakfast and started breaking it down 20 minutes before posted time

We went there for the intent of having a staycation with swimming for our kids and the pools ended up being closed

Location to medical center, clean and quiet

friendly clean, great location, just off the freeway

the mattress was a little stiff for my back

It was located within minutes of shopping, food and coffee.

The front desk personnel weren?t as customer service oriented as I expected.

Great services , Ms GM professional, respectful, and very friendly.

Convenient location, accessible, clean and hospitality was great.
