Breakfast Scented smell of the lobby

Pool always closed, broken or filthy w-hair every 4th of July holiday. Should shut down & turn into an indoor Pickleball / B-Ball Court? Less maintenance & families could actually use it instead of the website taking credit for a pool they never have.

Well maintained property, good fitness center, great breakfast

Two problems with room furnishings but the failed items were replaced with in minutes of reporting the problems.

Parking lot was tight for my F150 but we got by.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and welcoming. The gym was well organized, clean, and spacious. The breakfast options met anyone's needs and had some healthy options.

Bathroom sink drained slowly however I mentioned it to front desk and it was noted right away.

The staff was outstanding and do a great job. Hotel was modern with fantastic in room televisions.

Spent 8 nights on floor #2 with the intersection of State/Vine under my window. Traffic noise was ridiculous. I would guess 9 of 10 vehicles have illegal/modified exhaust systems. Law enforcement must turn their Head to these violations. :( NO REST..

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Had plenty of towels and bedding. The view was amazing!

The breakfast was left wanting. The room needed some touch upstairs. Overall though it was great!

The staff were friendly and a accommodating. The pool is open until 11pm, which is nice. Breakfast was great and plentiful.

It would be helpful if there were more than 1 waffle maker, the wait to use it especially for more than 1 waffle (for 2 kids) took a long time and other guest were impatient.

Stains in the carpet. A lot of road noise. Didn't sleep well either night because of this.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting. The didn't have the room we reserved and made us pay for an additional room for their mess up.

Staff was rude, gave away the room we booked and paid for 6 months prior. Hotel is on a busy loud corner. Breakfast was terrible. Cook set off fire alarm at 5:45am.

Had to change rooms because it wasn¿t clean and the front desk lady was rude to her coworker in front of me!

The hotel got our reservation mixed up & put us in wrong room. We went down, & got a new room. AT 2AM, we got a knock on our door. Was front desk, asking if room was occupied. Next day, got phone call in room. They asked who we were. Said they didn't know

We made our reservation way before our stay and we drive 3 hours and got to the hotel and I had two rooms reserved and neither one was ready so waited for one of them and all of us had to go into that one until the other was ready an hour later then gave

The room was great and roomy for the three of us. Breakfast was outstanding.

The check-in staff lacked any intelligence. There were three of us and she handed us to two keys. We asked for a third key totally baffling her Two of the keys didn't work. Other staff seemed really unprofessional, laughing and giggling. Ridiculous

The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful.

The only thing I didn¿t like or appreciate was there policy about locals staying there. Locals are charged $150 more of a deposit then people who are not from salt lake. Why discriminate against people from your area if we¿re all paying.

Staff at the front desk is AMAZING! I was charged 2x for my stay which put my account into a NEGATIVE balance which was extremely upsetting. Staff immediately went to work to remedy this and was successful. Thank God for her!

The fact that I was charged twice was extremely upsetting.

Location, and room is big enough for couples or family.

Room wasn't clean, bedding stuff wasn't clean at the first day we stayed,next day we called and they said they will clean the room, we left the room and come back in room everything was dirty, we didn't have clean towels, bedding stuff, was horrible time.

The bed was very comfortable and I think the housekeeping does a pretty good job they were all nice. The lady that did breakfast was super sweet.

The older lady at the front doesn¿t want welcoming and was rude and grumpy. The area was ok but was some sketchy folks I seen a couple times.
