- $100 per night for a dog is a little excessive in my opinion. I usually stay at either Marriott or Hilton hotels. I don?t recall ever being charged that much. $100/ night would definitely tip the scales to stay at another hotel.
- Getting out of the parking lot is a bit confusing, but it is for safety reasons so I understand that.
- Our hotel room had bed bugs and we did not receive a full refund. Very disappointing. We were transferred rooms and were assured that the manager would take care of us. Now I am stuck with extremely itchy arms, a dry cleaning bill, and no resolution.

We loved out stay at this hotel! Very clean and has all the amenities a person would need! Friendly staff and perfect location for the Murray area! I am a travel planner and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at!

Nothing would not recommend
Hotel was very dirty. Barking dogs, and road noise.
The room was clean and the staff were excellent.
There was no elevator. We had to request a room change to the first floor because I couldn¿t climb the stairs.
Very clean. Rooms are bright and cheerful and the bed was super comfortable
I would have given all 10s but there is one girl at the front desk who is just unpleasant. She doesn't appear to love her job as much as she loves telling guests "no". We had a hard time scheduling pool time without her giving our time to other guests. :(
The male reservation clerk with the broken finger was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and explained the details of the hotel. He was also accommodating with a floor change and was more than happy to do so.
The kitchen was stocked with everything except forks and knives.
The mattress needs replaced, there was quite the indentation in it that made sleeping terrible.
