The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional

Our non smoking room smelt like a cigarette and the fridge didn’t work. All of our clothes smelled like smoke after the weekend. This should be a negative 1 star NOT a 2.5 star.

Newly remodeled. Very clean. Great mattresses.

My significant other & I always stay at Hampton Inn?s if it?s in the area we?re in! We have been in the St. Paul/MPS & surrounding area for the past month and all but a few days we stayed at a Hampton and never had such a bad experience like this one was!

Staff kept saying our card was getting declined for incidentals after prepaying our room so we left, goto a store and it worked fine & come back to find out it wasn?t actually a problem with the card they just decided to cancel room! Unprofessional!

Staff were friendly

The rooms smelled as if their was a smoker in them. We switched the first room. The snell was not as strong in our second room.

Very clean, well kept. Hotel employee at the desk checked to see that all was well.

The breakfast was pathetic. No milk, no eggs and no coffee. Only guy there didn?t seem to care about any of it.

Looks to be new, clean room, excellent TV channel options, liked the attached bottles in the shower, decent breakfast selection for me. Nice lobby area to work, easy parking. Near other shopping & food options. Room inc. fridge and microwave.

I had trouble regulating the hot water in the shower. It was either too hot or too cool. Would have appreciated more exhaust fan in bathroom. But overall very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Good free breakfast

Staff was lazy. No one available for check in until searched hotel. Requested towels and emptying trash but this was not done. Staff was lazy.

The staff member who welcomed me was wonderful. After a long day of travel with some unexpected delays, it was a great way to end the day. The room size and layout were nice. It didn't feel cramped.

The desk surface had not been cleaned prior to arrival. There were visible food marks that were easily cleaned up with wipes I found in the lobby near the elevators. The shower had pink mildew growing in places.

Lobby was nice And hallways were clean.

Filthy windows full of child¿s lip and hand prints 2 walls showed spills - very obvious when the shade/curtain were open. Remote for TV was sticky and didn¿t work, tried 2nd one / still didn¿t - front desk came up with a 3rd finally worked.

Cleanliness

Bed was not comfortable. The bed sheets were terrible, felt like we were covered in plastic sheets, very stiff. I asked the receiption to change our room, she gave us a smaller room overlooking the garbage collection area, there were so many vacancies.

The hotel is near a busy freeway and shopping area but was surprisingly quiet. Didn't even hear the sounds of people's feet as they would walk by, almost made me wonder if the floor was empty but knew it wasn't.

The beds were a bit harder than we liked, and pillows a bit too soft. Still had a good sleep though. The pantry is a great option for guests but felt it had too many chips, crackers, and granola bars. Little boxes of cereal were needed.

The room was spacious , clean and very comfortable and updated .

The Lobby attendant seemed a bit arrogant and self important . For instance when I asked him at breakfast if there was hot water for breakfast tea he smirked and said it  there as if I were foolish . Then 10 minutes later they carry out the hot

Great area for nearby dining (numerous different options), hot spot for great shopping in Woodbury, central freeway location made for great access to conduct business around the Twin Cities. Breakfast buffet was nice.

The pillows were too firm and a hot tub in pool area would have been great.

This hotel is less than a year old. The desk clerk was friendly. Has free parking. Free breakfast which we did not take part as we left before it started.

The room had a very strong chemical smell like paint or carpet. Being sensitive to this, the desk clerk gave us some Frabreeze to help. I forgot something after checking out. Called the hotel to mail it to us. 4 days later, they still had not sent it.
