Television didn't work, contacted the front desk and he said that he had no idea what to do or how to fix it.

Clean, comfortable and near where we wanted

Great staff, very convenient location, good free breakfast with hot choices.

Parking lot needs to be repaved.

How clean the entire hotel was the staff was amazing

Great breakfast, very clean, easy to get to. Staff was friendly

Rooms, quiet, decent breakfast, the lemonade and lemon water and snacks available 24/7 as well as a room with a computer, etc, TV etc in the lobby for guests to use. Our only issue is with 1 staff member, who is unfortunately a manager (morning manager.)

Elevator was noisy and shaky, hallways smelled smokey (but rooms did not).

The drain in our tub was not working so when we were showering, the tub was filled with water.

It was clean and breakfast had variety. The room I had was quiet. Will stay there again

Bed could?ve been softer for me.

The fire alarm went off about 10:30 and they could not get it to shut off. We checked out at 11:30 to go another motel. We had dr appointments early in the morning and i need to get my granddaughter to bd.

Easy to get to the hotel.

The hotel room was not clean good. The room was smell like a smoke and paint

Fitness center was all broken. Breakfast was closed and lacking any ingredients for the waffle maker that was on. Elevators shake/creak/clunk when operating (wife had to use stairs due to being afraid of how everything was in disrepair)

The first room I checked in the hotel room was not clean. Then we asked for change to different room.

staff was very nice

the room felt very wet,, not sure how else to describe,,, air conditioner was not working at full level,, and my clothes were damp,,, room air did not feel healthy. Pillows were cotton ball quality. dark room,, could not tell if the carpet was "wet"

Cleanliness and right off the hwy

The staff is always different whenever we stay here so you can never feel comfortable and have a face you recognize.

The staff were friendly

The floor was literally covered in dog hair. We rented this place cause it had a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was drained and having repairs- on a Saturday night. No offer of reimbursement when we left to go to another hotel down the road w/ working jacuzzi

asked to check out 1 hour later but had to wait for morning staff for approval -- unable to wait as I was leaving at 430 am to run a race
