The staff was not friendly or properly trained. We stayed 3 night and no house keeping. I will never stay or recommend this hotel.

The location is great

Our room was dirty, and there was a towel from a previous guest hanging on the back of the door. Beds were not made properly. We were offered $50 off of our stay and never received it.

Loved the cleanliness and space the room provided. The full size refrigerator/freezer was helpful for our travel needs. Would definitely book here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, quiet rooms, clean & a nice continental breakfast. Service was great. Very friendly & helpful man at the front desk.

Could use better bed pillows

Great safe location with all the amenities.... if management was keeping up on issues and cleanliness. Too new of a property to have as many problems as I encountered, definitely a management issue. Staff was kind but still not up to par, very dirty

No linen on sofa bed and bloody stain.Broken icy pool.Room was VERY dirty even after the staff said they just cleaned it. Animal hair EVERYWHERE. No evidence of vacuuming between guests. Animal kibble behind beds, under sofa, even under the toaster oven!

The staff were friendly upon arrival. The room was very clean and the king suite bed was very comfortable.

If I had to pick, the air conditioner was a tad loud. But it wasn't terrible and I travel with a fan for noise.

Free breakfast. The selections were decent, they made us eggs without pork which was very nice! I also like the room decor, very modern and upscale.

The worst part was the cleanliness. My rooms trash hadn¿t been emptied nor had the dish washer been emptied. I had a pee mark under my toilet seat letting me know the toilet hadn¿t been cleaned. The utensils/ plates in the drawer still had food on them

Very spacious and comfortable room. Lounge area was a nice place to gather.

Parking did get pretty full at night.

The rooms were large

The bed was hard and was made with only a thin blanket. No comforter or bedding to keep me warm. I slept very little.

Clean, Very Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast, Bright Cheerful Atmosphere

The breakfast area was lovely as was the room. I was glad that the hotel was within easy driving distance from the Edina/southwest Minneapolis residential area where our relatives live. The breakfast staff seemed upbeat and happy.

Friendly staff but un knowledgeable of how to reimburse guests.

Total smoking room. Disgusting.

I stay here alll the time; this most recent trip was not up to part at the hotel.

I was given an occupied or un cleaned room. Arrived at 10 pm tired, ready to sleep and got to room only to find it was not empty. The hotel should have comped at least a night from 3 night stay.

The beds were awful. They felt like we were sleeping on box springs. The food was also not good and highly processed.

It was not adequately stocked with TP. I had to ask someone cleaning in the hall for some.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff members at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Some members of our family wanted to gather for a drink one evening. It looked like there was a bar--they saw bottles of alcohol--but no one working at the hotel seemed to know if/when it would be open.
