The Westin Edina Galleria

Clean and very comfortable beds and linens

Parking not easy

Everything! Location, staff, food/drink, were all top noth.

Great staff! Excellent customer service especially upon checking in and early morning bell service. Dog friendly too!

Very accommodating & friendly staff, clean, beautiful & luxurious, great location! It would be my first choice to stay again while visiting the Minneapolis area!

Nothing!

Comfortable Bed. Cleanliness and space

Location is great, though getting to the attatched mall is not really easy. Beds were comfortable. Nice towels and shower.

There were 2 of us but only one robe (thin material) and one water bottle. There was no mini fridge (only alchohol for purchase) and the bath products smelled strong and more chemical vs natural and healthy. Parking not well marked

Clean Location Breakfast

No!

Modern, restaurant and bar, location

There was a couple snack food chips under the edge of the bed.

Central location. Lots of food options nearby.

Room was loud, could hear other people running in hallway, slamming doors. AC didnt work.

I enjoyed my stay at Westin Edina. It had nice decour, clean comfortable rooms especially the beds. I think what I liked most was the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating.

The room was very nice and very clean.

Parking is horrendous. Getting into the hotel from the ramp is a joke. There are NO signs. I am not slow in the mind, yet I found myself in the back hallways of the hotel trying to get to the ramp. Once you exit to the stairs, you wont be getting back

Nice hotel room and the staff was wonderful.

The bed, pillows and noise level! I could hear my neighbors most of the evening.

Favorite hotel in the area - love the scent of the lobby and the soap, shampoo and hand lotion. Great location with good restaurants in and near.

Great staff, Great property, great location!

Size of room and layout,, location, quality of furniture, indoor parking and ease of access.

The size of the bathroom, the hvac was very responsive and kept the room cool, and the finishes were nice.

It was in a quiet neighborhood just close enough to Chanhassan and Minneapolis. I've always loved Westin's. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom, spacious. And I do believe it was the first hotel I've stayed in where the thermostat actually worked.

The $100 hold fee on my credit card was rung up twice so $200 was held instead. It was a little inconvenient.

Extremely clean and great location. Staff is extremely attentive.

Doctors convention. Put some drinks in them and wind them up... Ugh. Does not really count against the hotel.

Great location; nice restaurant/bar, great staff. Next to the Galleria Mall, Southdale Mall, even close to a Super Target. Very comfortable beds, nice clean rooms. For me, it's a perfect location to everything I want to do while in Minneapolis.

Very friendly and helpful desk staff and bellman/valet. Excellent location.
