- The location! Best view in town of the river and close to everything. You can also see Chimney Rock. The staff was like family and the rooms were so clean. They even provide charcoal and utensils for you to have a cook out! The soaps were amazIng.

- There was a pest infestation in the room and they refused to change our room. We had to book a different hotel in another location. Completely unprofessional, bad business, and very gross. No one should stay here
- We loved everything, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything so please be mindful of your neighbors.
- Thin walls heard by neighbors having a good time - but it was expected and actually amusing . They were older places and good for a couple but not a family .

Was a little overpriced for the size of the room we stayed in, tv didnt work that great either. Space was a little cramped.
Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Balcony over the river was nice.
No space to move around in. Found a dead tick in one of the beds when we checked in and the floor was very sandy.
