The room was very clean, shower was awesome. The staff accompanied us very well.

The breakfast wasn't good. Need more hot items.

It was very clean. Located in a safe great area with shopping, restaurants! The front desk staff was superb on the night shift.

The pet fee of $150 for a professional group to clean is too much! I'm sure the professional cleaning group is a special spray bottle of industrial Lysol and removal of the bedcovers for washing.

The 20 to 30 incidental fee or charge daily. And owed well over 200 back and they have issue getting back to my card

The hotel was exceptional!! Very clean and great staff. It was close to great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was really good, location amazing, room fantastic.

The elevator was broke so I had to walk up the stairs but the receptionist put me on the 2nd floor so it wasn't that bad to walk up 1 flight of stairs but still would have liked if the elevator was worked the entire time of my stay

Oshmel front desk clerk was very rude and Impatient with me for no reason but the hotel manager and a booking.com rep were very professional and helped me get checked in the hotel.

Loved how nice the room was, great location. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The only "issue" I had was with the glass on the shower not going back far enough to stop water from spraying out onto the floor. I had to shower almost in the corner, but was still a very nice shower.
