Love the big room, friendly staff and breakfast.
The location was perfect for our needs
It was suppose to be a handicap room and it wasnÂ¿t ! It was room 304 on 3 rd floor all the way at the back of room! They said they had no chair for a roll in shower which had a 3 inch step to get in so after asking the maid service they found one !

Cons -

The sheets on the bed and the mattress pad kept coming off of the mattress. We had to remake the bed every morning during our stay
We were there 2 nites and the maid service didnÂ¿t touch the room , no new towel not even the trash taken out or the bed made up !
No. I liked it all. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff was very friendly and explained all the amenities. The breakfast had a large variety of items that were fresh and fit every appetite. The room was clean and it was quiet. It was easy to find with a lot of restaurants close by

hotel was clean. most of the staff were friendly.

tv in my room did not work for 2 days. their were spills in front of the elevator every morning. coffee was spilt, 2 days later when when i checked out it still had not been cleaned up. it was sticky. hotel pool was not cleaned one time in the 6 days

It was a sparkling, new hotel, and they thought about everything, like lots of USB and regular plug ins. The breakfast was nice-we weren't tempted to eat out. There is an indoor pool. Also, we did not hear other guests from our room.

The only small thing was that the blankets are heavy, and we were hot with them overnight or too cold without them.
