Not much of anything.

Tiles coming off bathroom floor, handles coming off dresser, lights did not work, only 1 wash cloth, stairway hand rail falling off wall. The floor in bathroom was actually a safety hazard. I will not visit this hotel ever again.

The rooms cleanliness But the hotel itself was dirty. All the glass in the hotel needs to be cleaned the breakfast area was dirty. None of the ice machines worked so you had to ask the front desk everytime. Then you were given a small trash bag w/ice

Everything but the room itself and it was very outdated. No USB to plug cell phones into.

The Owners were so very warm and welcoming. We would stay here again just because of them. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. We will be back.

The hotel is very old and needs updated and cleaned better. The beds were comfortable.

Towels had brown stains on them. Bed sheets on one bed were dirty also. Room smelled musty

The guy at the front desk was nice and he helped me out with a guest. The place was quit and we were left alone

Had to wait at the front desk for about 10min for someome to show up at 9pm.

They do Not provide a Do Not Disturb sign. Their breakfast is a joke.

Location

It was in the process of being remodeled. Also my wife lost a ring in the room and it was never found by us and we haven¿t been contacted by the staff about it (they were told about the loss)...it¿s gone I assume.

Indoor pool

The male guest services manager was rude lacked the personal ability to be a good guest services person. He also allowed a construction crew to park their work truck in handicapped spot. Plus the other handicapped spot was full of cinder blocks.

There wasn't anything that I liked about this hotel. I was really sadden to know that it is listed in the 3.5 star category! But truly it is my own fault for trying to save money during this time in our economy & I learned a lesson. It was not worth it.

Everything and I should have been warned from the previous person's review about the customer service. Because it was so true!!

Did not stay, I asked for a refund and it was refused. Gave my room to someone else and they put me in a subpar room. Within 3 minutes of being in the room someone walked in on me. Front desk said they didn't know who it could be,so I leftsecurity reasons

Clean, nice

Location kinda wacky with frontage road. The frontage road being the issue. They didn't have my confirmation so it took a minute.
