SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Moore

Great location in between Norman and OKC with easy access. Roo.s were clean and staff were great.

This hotel was in a bad part of town. And our room was falling apart. There was a can light missing in the shower, the bathroom door was off its track and very hard to open, the deadbolt to the room didn?t work, the toilet was leaking, it was very loud.

Clean spacious rooms. Warm pool. Nice staff

The breakfast, great staff, by the highway, and local restaurants near by.

Carmen was great and helped me tremendously.

It¿s minor - I didn¿t have a do not disturb sign so I was awoken by the housekeeping folks (no fault of their own) to tell them that I didn¿t need their services.

Good location. Lots of room. I like the toilet separate from the shower.

Looks like the same furnishings as when I stayed 12 years ago. Clock had a docking port for iPods. Breakfast was weak.

It was only 8 minutes away from our destination. Easy to find. BUT won't go there again.

We booked the room and followed GPS to hotel. When we showed up we were told that we had been booked in another city and we did not get reservations there?! We had to call and get the locations switched. Shower paneling was coming off the wall. Dirty cup!

Room size

Called ahead for daughters birthday and was told the pool was heated and once we got to the hotel we were told the room is heated not the pool and the pool was so green it appeared to not have been cleaned in a couple months.

Room size, location

Still no hot breakfast, makes no sense! No coffee in room!

The design of the hotel is very nice. I really like the room layout. None of the staff were wearing masks. The cleaning crew did not notice that we were out of kleenax day 2 and the lotion bottle was empty before we got there (it was never replaced).

Details like this matter. If they don't pay attention to basic things, how can we know they really clean between guests? Specially now during the pandemic? Front desk clerks did not provide Marriott/Starbucks/Ritz Carlton type service.

Very clean, breakfast, staff

The design of our room. While lovely, the 2 sliding bathroom doors had frosted glass, so it’s impossible to use the bathroom with the light on without illuminating the whole room, even with the door closed. Pool is very narrow and long, not practical.

So many things. The space in the room. The staff made us feel like family. The breakfasts were fantastic. The location was great too!

Nothing!

Hotel employee took excellent care! Accommodated in early check-in. The staff is polite and considerate! The hotel is very clean which to me is the most important thing!

I really can't complain which is not in my nature:-)

Clean, friendly staff, close to areas activities

None!

My 2 year old daughter found a marijuana pipe in the room and there was a lot of spiders

The room and commons area were very clean.

The noise from the street and the people next door was a little much. The rooms on the east side need bigger curtains to block out the sunrise. The pool was not very clean.

Everything was clean and updated. The breakfast had so many healthy options! Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Clean, big room, nice staff, good breakfast

Clean, modern style

Uncomfortable bed and curtains let in too much light, even at night.

Great room. Separation of toilet and shower area was ideal in the king suite.

Coffee could have tasted better. More options for creamer.
