Location close to the hospital.

The shower floor is extremely slippery. No resistance to the slick surface. I fell and only suffered minor cuts and bruises fortunately.

Location! We walked to great restaurants, all just a very short walk.

Figuring out where to park and nobody on the first floor for guidance was confusing the first time we stayed. Valet would be great in that congested area. It was pricey but we're staying again next week for a much better rate.

Kind helpful staff. Walking to restaurants . Safe area. Reasonably priced parking. Water available at front desk.

Parking was in a parking garage across the street.

The room were clean. Location is close to everything.

The entrance and lobby needs to be updated. Definitely need to work on the ambiance

Great Location, comfortable, great pool, they have washer and dryer, they give complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, waterbottles, the shampoo products are great. Truth is totally worth it for $--- a night compared to other hotels.

Yes. The room they gave me had motorized blinds and a tv that didn't work. Shower had no water pressure and the shower head was broken. Most of staff were great, but when I complained about the room issues, staff member was rude and dismissed the issues

Rooms are nice, modern, and clean.

Hotel entrance obscured by busy shops around it. Is not a place to park and register. Parking is a little complicated when you first arrive at the hotel since the only car park is a pay garage.

Parking is bar and 20$ per day. Car was entered by unknown individual and my sunglasses and charging cord were stolen.

We have a problem with the housekepping. The last day of our stay, we don t have service of housekepping. We have called and advised to the front desk at noon and at the end of the afternoon but nobody came.- We ask for towells, it was a disappointing mom

Quiet in the room. Comfortable bed. Very Very good opaque window design.

Check in on second floor required a little more effort. Parking only on floor 4 and above in the structure across the street was less than convenient with the elevator only on one side of the structure. Cleaning person knocked on our door at 9 in the morn

Very comfortable room Clean and convenient. Free parking next door( the hotel will give you a sticker when you check in) Many restaurants around. I will definitely go back.

the trash out in the hallways, noise, and it just wasn't clean. No garage attached is a real disappointment, you really should disclose that to consumers.

Great location in Aventura, close to shopping and restaurants.

Check-in can be difficult for those with a vehicle, as there's no place to park. The carpet in the room was always wet from air conditioning unit. The hotel is noisy and smelled like marijuana, as many guests do not respect the no smoking rule.

room poorly designed air conditioner under a desk room has high ceilings and it was hot. safe was broken and the room was not cleaned especially with covid no sanitation done.

The location and all the restaurants and shops nearby, the pool was nice.

That charges $20 for parking

The pool was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and validated.

What I liked best about the hotel was the friendly front desk woman, she was extremely nice and very personable.

I didn¿t like the fact that I had to be the one to call for them to clean the room, i was there 2 days, so I never had my bed changed, I didn¿t know that I had to call them until I was checking out.
