AC Hotel Miami Aventura

The location was the only good thing about the hotel

The room was weird. The shower was a small room in the middle of the living room which sprayed water all over the bedroom area.

Great location. Across from restaurants, walkable. Dog friendly.

Pool was not well maintained. Neither was pool area. Cleanliness was lacking.

Toilet was loose, and has a Cristal door that didn't close properly. Pillows too bulky

In the room, the sink stopper didn't work so I had to use a coffee stir stick to keep the stopper open so the water would drain. Drain. Conditioner was completely out in the shower. There was a coffee maker but no coffee cups.

It was beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Beds were not comfortable. I couldn?t sleep

Housekeeping people were very helpful and pleasant.

Not a great experience at check-in. I was given a key and asked to swipe card without explanation. Toilet stains and has bad odor.

Pillows are way too soft. Air conditioner was very loud. We didn't get much sleep. We were not a fan of the overall design of the room.

I wasn't fan of the layout of the bathroom/sink situation in the room I was assigned. The sink was out in common area not far from the bed while the toilet and shower were in small enclosures.

Very modern and different, right in heart of downtown so it was very pricey compared to other locations. Our room was a King Studio, so no "bathroom", just toilet room, shower "closet" and sink vanity out in middle of the room, strange floorplan.

Tile floor in our room was FILTHY! Walked barefoot <10 mins and my feet were covered in debris/rolled up hair, SO GROSS! Jumped in shower to wash feet before getting into bed, then scooted on white shower mat to the bed, it got dirty from floor too.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. Starbucks and Bartaco are 2 of my favorites! The Aventura mall was literally around the corner as well. The hotel lobby was clean and the bar was open along with television for current events.

The room was clean comfortable and spacious. All staff that I encountered were polite and professional. The location was great for the purpose of my trip.

I stayed at this hotel last year and AC Hotel Marriott is a great place to stay and the Studio room we had was a good room and the room was very big. This is our 2nd visit and will be back. The food at the surrounding venues was very good. Valerie
