It was a comfortable sleep. Restaurant was pretty good.

There was a buzzer going off the entire night somewhere nearby our room in the hotel. It was somewhat faint but still annoying. Room could have been cleaner.

Very clean room and good location.

I did not like that we could not check in early and the rooftop restaurant was closed but that was not mentioned on the website.

This hotel was clean. I saw the staff cleaning daily. It smelled magnificent. That scent should be in every room.

I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings Saturday night. They made me sick. I was late to my event the following day. I was recovering still from the chicken wings.

Clean, newer facility. Well staffed. No complaints at all.

Hotel employee is the Best

Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect. It was easy to come and go and we were near everything. We loved our stay. The ability to bring our dog made it even more special.

The wooden floor in the kitchen area seemed dirty. The carpets need vacuuming as well.

Clarissa & Miguel were amazing!! As well as the cleaning staff manager, who noticed my sons medication which needs refrigeration, so I forgot it in the fridge, and contacted the lobby to let me know, and brought it right down for me! Second time around, 5 stars all around !

very good location, hotel is new clean and with a great rooftop. reception was very kind.

The pool was warm, which is a high priority for me. The food at the restaurant was good, as was the service.

We did not have enough towels in our room. They only gave us one for showering and we had to request more, but when my dad found a maid, she did not speak English and did not understand the request. When we called the front desk, there was no dial tone and someone came up to service the phone and left without fixing it. Also the faucet was loose.

Property itself was clean.

When first checked in the clerk didn’t explain about the parking. The weather changed it was cold but we were not able to change the thermostat in the room.

Super clean and great amenities. We really loved our 1-night stay!

The fitness center was under renovation, but that wasn’t their fault.

I got a large roomie suit with kitchenette. But: Poor breakfast with prepacked jam like in Motel 8, std omelette, no variations, no vegetables.Poor maintenance: clogged shower head, chipped painting, stucked shades..This is not what one can expect from an Hilton hotel chain, for 300$ per night!Very disappointing!!

My stay at Serena Hotel Aventura was truly excellent. The facilities are in great condition, the gym and pool are top-notch, and the location is perfect for getting around the area.I want to give special thanks to Miguel at the front desk, whose great attitude and helpfulness really made a difference. He was always friendly, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay.In short: a great hotel, great service, and an experience I would absolutely recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

Big rooms. Good gym.

They need to work on their cleaning staff. Specially the gym. Towels were on the floor from the day before. Also my reservation said a stove was included and the rooms dont have stove

Overpriced breakfast, wifi not stable, phone didn’t work, and refrigerator didn’t work, misleading menus/room service, additional taxes and fees charged upon arrival not included when booked through booking.com

The staff, in its entirety, the restaurant superb, the scenery and the entire hotel exceeded my expectations, very clean, a great plus, the kitchenette was on point everything being in place, to meet our needs.
