Staff was amazing and took great care of my family from the time we arrived till we checked out. Room was clean and modern.

Front desk/reception staff are great.. Two other outstanding staff. Staff greet you when they cross you in the hallways.

I spent $--- for a better hotel and they were performing maintenance to the hot water system the night before, I had no hot water for the morning - no shower and I was going to a business meeting. I will never go there again.

Well first of all the staff was absolutely horrible attitude was terrible did look like the person wanted to help at all took a long time to get signed into my room I would never do this again Staff is just horrible I can’t even explain it. It was bad

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

I did not like that I was charged $20.00 plus a parking tax for parking in their parking lot. I thought the price was a little high for the location.

AC made a lot of noise and I have to turn it off

Good location a few steps away from Aventura Mall. Ample parking around the building. Good-size suites with kitchen facilities, two TVs, refrigerator, microwave and safe. Very competent and accommodating staff. We had a small problem with AC, which was solved immediately. Abundant food in breakfast buffet. Hotel is popular with families, so expect many small children. Whether room rates could be lower is a matter of debate, but you definitely get a lot for the money.

Breakfast buffet closes at 9am on weekdays and at 9:30am on weekends. Both a bit early when you are on vacation. This was not a surprise to us, and it is not a point against the hotel, but new guests should also be aware that while you can walk to the shopping mall, the nearest beach definitely requires a car ride.

I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything you might need.A special thank you to the front office team, especially Ruth, for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Ruth went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable — always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile.I’d also like to extend my appreciation to all the staff at the breakfast restaurant for their kindness and great service every morning. They made the start of each day truly pleasant.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Miami!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel—the room was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. The staff were friendly, though I do wish they had more knowledge on how to handle situations involving service dogs. With a bit more training in that area, this place would be perfect.

The aircon is quite noisy but it's fine

The breakfast was delicious. The entire staff, from front desk to Manuel, the maintenance fellow, to the dining room staff were attentive, friendly, conscientious and very helpful. They showed pride in their positions and in the hotel, itself!

They only had an outdoor pool and the weather wasn't the best. Wish there'd been an indoor pool.

Room size was good especially for 3 of us, breakfast was good and the location was ideal for what we wanted. Pool was warm and plenty of pool towels. Staff were very friendly.

Despite the hotel saying they offered veterans discount they would not put this onto my account saying this had to be done at the time of booking but there was no option to add the veterans details.

wonderful location, comfortable room, nice breakfast, and mostly amazing staff especially Mrs. Perez that took care of us so good! thank you all, we will surely be back
