The staff was Friendly and empathetic.

I booked an extra day at the start because I wanted earlier access to the room. The hotel canceling My rsrvtn left Me stranded with no room, My funds being on hold, and Me having to spend unexpected money to book a new room. refund still not processed

Pool was nice, but covered with dead bugs on its surface in the morning.

They did not let us check in, did not have a room for us, it was a vert bad experience, late at night after a long trip and not having a room to stay after you have your reservation paid for... We should do something about it...

No free breakfast and you need to pay extra for parking...very expensive for one night

My cell phone (Verizon) had 0 service ..so i could not receive calls ..and to make calls I hade to leave my room go downstairs .and go outside to make a call..it was a disaster ..This problum should be noted on description of Hotel...very disappointed

there were "hidden Charges" that were not disclosed when I checked in. I found out about them three days later when te showed up on my credit card statement

For a short trip and close to the location I needed it was perfect. Walkable to the grocery store and the mall as well as other shops and restaurants.

Large, clean room. Great facilities. Excellent service.

It was conveniently located next to the public transit that we used to get to a Dolphin's game.

Courteous, attentive, helpful, and knowledgable staff. Everyone went way over the top to help me in whatever ways they could.

shuttles to/from both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami airports would be most helpful.
