Hilton Miami Aventura

The hotel was clean.

I booked a king room. During check in the hotel rep stated there was not king room available due to the hotel over booking. The TV inside the room did not work during the entire stay,

This particular Hilton did not want to accept my Hilton Honors Rewards, as I am a Hilton Grand Vacation owner.

Room next to us woke us up with their moaning! It was quite disturbing especially at 4am!

It didn't provide my room any face wash cloth when I was requested them. There 4 days and went and brought my face wash cloth on the 3rd day there. Was really upsetting about them not bringing face cloth to my room.

It was so close to the beach .

Everything was fine.. could hear other guests clearly while in the hallway but didn¿t hear much from my room

Room is larger than average and beds are very comfortable.

Bathroom floor cleaning shall be improved

This property is a gem. Staff are very authentic and provide hospitality as it was meant to be. A rare find. Great location with a free shuttle during certain hours to a fabulous mall in the area and other nearby shops etc.Full service restaurant. Great!

This hotel should be rated at least 5 stars, it's amazing and exceeded my expectations...it's clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, modern exotic design and the locations is perfect! Thanks to the front desk ppl they're amazing ¿¿ housekeeping as well!

The shower walls were smeared with vast quantities of tiny hairs which we didn¿t notice until we showered on check out day. When I brought that to the attention of the staff they just said ¿sorry¿ but didn¿t offer to improve the nauseating experience.

The hotel was clean and well appointed and the decor was fresh and new. The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is relatively easy to get to from I-95 or A1A.

The parking should be included for the price paid.

The style and design. The dinner prepared by the lady Caribbean chef was amazing! 5 stars for her cooking!

Too noisy. Noise easily transferred between adjoining doors. Kids screaming between 10pm-12am. Cocktail was average. Some of the staff at the reception desk (women and 1 young and) have lousy attitude. 4 star cover but 3 star reception.

The hotel is located in a very good location .I was very impressed by the design the cleanliness the high quality of everything the staff the facilities it was a excellent experience. I definitely will want to come again .

The prices are high and I can come only if you have special rate
