- The pool impressive ,the staff was super nice and friendly. I felt like a king in the hotel the food was superb. Everything was so good I just wish I could stay for a week

- we had NO hot water. after traveling all day we couldn't shower bc we had no hot water. they sent a maintenance guy up after an hour of complaining and it still didn't work. my husband complained again and nothing. went to bed feeling disgusting.
- The elevators seemed dirty as well As the elevator call buttons.
- The air conditioner kept turning of and on and I felt a little warm in the middle of the night I set my ac at home. On 63 degrees. I get hot flashes some times in the night and it helps me rest. But other than that everything was great

the pool
we had NO hot water. after traveling all day we couldn't shower bc we had no hot water. they sent a maintenance guy up after an hour of complaining and it still didn't work. my husband complained again and nothing. went to bed feeling disgusting.

This hotel is beautiful and a very special and unique place to stay!
Our stay at the Baltimore would have been perfect had it not been for the noise at night. The hotel hosted a party with noisy music until after midnight - impossible to sleep. It seems that a fine hotel should be able to guarantee a quiet night of sleep.
