Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale/Miramar

The room was huge!! Smelled fresh very clean, good view.

I could not seem to get the room to cool down.

The location is great and the staff that I interacted with this time around were very pleasant and helpful.

Couldnt check in early after such a long drive but I get it, they were sold out the night before so I have zero complaints.

I was charged twice almost $--- for two nights and I explained this to the employee and still was charged, still havent heard anything back about my money after providing receipts. 3-5 days they said were on day three.

The hotel was very very clean and the staff was very accommodating.

I did not like the fact that you could hear all of the doors slam in the night when people were coming and going. We were placed in a handicapped room so everything was low to the ground in the closet. I could not hang my dresses because of the length.

The hotel is located in front of the lake and has many restaurants in front of the hotel, making it a very well-located hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean it once. I had to ask the front desk to empty the towels and trash cans, and I had to replace the towels and put plastic trash cans on my own. The pool water was cold so I couldn't swim.

Location and breakfast

The floors were dirty, the room was super dated( they put us in a handicap room), the view was a wall right in front on the window, we found two cockroaches, and the floor was super dirty. Our feet were black from just walking around a few minutes.

The hotel workers are all very friendly, always ready and willing to help, however, I was there 4 days and no one came in to clean the room. On the other hand, breakfast is quite simple and the spaces to sit down for breakfast fill up quickly.

That they don't clean the room in 4 days is exaggerated, when I complained, they replied that they didn't clean because one morning they found the "do not disturb" sign that I put up because my wife was decomposed and stayed sleeping late.

Location is quiet, traffic is average, many restaurants and shopping near by. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel, great assortment.

I was in a non smoking room, the first night my room and hallway smelled of marijuana, noisy guests were across the way. None of this was the hotel's fault of course.

Room was better than I excepted, sizewas perfect. Breakfast was same as any other place . But staff was great

The hotel was fine. Just the tv messed up and I couldn¿t watch that I was trying to watch.

No Walk In Showers

The location of the hotel made it easy to navigate wherever we needed to go. Food choices near the hotel were great as well. Breakfast choices provided by the hotel were beyond my expectations. Definitely staying here again.

The ony issue we had during our stay was the eating area had ants in one particular area. Other than that everything was great!

Nice clean well lighted location. No issues with my service animal. Very clean quiet room with a comfortable bed. Expensive for hotel class. Good staff. Baggage carts.

Perfect location for our travel needs

I didn¿t like the way the water would get stuck in the bathroom sink. Also, beds were not comfortable

The clean room. The view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The staff were super friendly!

I )I liked everything, because the Hotel is very clean and the staff was really sweet and manners was excellent. Plan on going back real soon and would recommend it to all my friends.
