clean, friendly and very accomodating. close to everything!

The front desk staff was phenomenal! Very kind, informative and delightful. The building is new, clean and just a couple minutes and you are on the beach. The beach access is not crowded and offers a shower to rinse off the sand.

room was simply nasty. stains all over furniture and shower wall. broken commode seat. no daily room service. no cups in bathroom.

Old, unkept, poorly maintained, hasn't been painted or fixed in years, sketchy neighbors, never offered towels or toilet paper other than what they gave at initial checkin. Expected to see roaches, which to my surprise had not.

Everything! The rooms are in desperate need of a total rehab. Furniture was outdated & stained. Never unpacked - lived out of our suitcases! Pool was green & outdoor furniture was dirty and/or broken! Will never return to the Dolphin Harbor Inn!!!

I loved the location. Walking distance to the beach and all the resturaunts.

The room was very small, it was dingy, walls were dirty, floors were dirty, the toilet seat was cracked and hurt to sit on it. The towels had yellow stuff on it and there was a hole in the wall.

Place was infested with bed bugs. Light sockets with no covers. Filthy. I was assaulted by staff for because I called the fire marshal and code enforcement which later found out they had been sited before. Horrible, horrible place. It should be condemned.

The staff, especially Beja and Matrika were really friendly, helpful and accommodating! The room was simple and clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were plush. I liked that there were no rugs in the room and the blackout curtains let no light in. The pool area was relaxing and the hotel was a short walk to restaurants, stores and the beach. I’ll definitely be back!

I liked the location of this property and how updated it was. The pool area was really nice and it was great to be close to the beach.

The room came with a refrigerator but no microwave. We were told in order to use a microwave you have to request one during house keeping hours so they can retrieve one for you and then you’ll be charged to use it for the duration of your stay. I found this policy to be strange and thought they would at least have one available to heat something up once in the lobby area.
