4145 By The Sea Inn & Suites

Loved that they provided beach chairs, etc. To borrow and walk across the street to the beach, parking was easy, & location was nice...walking distance to a Walgreens for convenience. Very accommodating with early checkin.

The bed should be thrown away. That was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Only reason I would not return here.

Great little beach spot in an excellent location and unit was very clean and cozy

A cute room near beach and restaurants (2-3 blocks). 7 or 8 units total. functional kitchen. Easy drive to / egress as needed. Would DEFINITELY stay there again. New owner. A few VERY minor 'fixes' that he hadn't noticed yet. I told him "no need to fix while we were there". But he came right over and solved each of the issues immediately. Nice guy!!! Cares about guests.

Everything remote asked for clean towels none also stayed 2 days no maid to clean

Good location for dinning and beach.

The room was very clean, but chemical used for cleaning was too strong. It gave me a headache. The mattress on the bed was old, and wasn’t comfortable. Locking the front door from outside was tricky.

I was surprised that there were less than 10 rooms. Very spacious and had everything we would need.

Parking was a little tight. ALso, better signage of where to go. We asked a couple getting in their car where the rooms were. Very odd that there is no office. Everything you need to get into your room is texted to you.

Owners were available and accommodating to all our needed. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, it was equipped with all the accommodations that we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The locate was amazing and was just a few steps from the beach. Location was walkable to the town plaza (shopping, restaurants, nightlife, convenience stores and visitor information center, etc.) I would highly recommend this lovely Inn & Suite. Neighborhood was very safe (day & evening time and everyone were kind and Friendly.

Cleanliness only

Extremely small for the price, lack of communication very difficult to contact anybody when you needed anything. Never received the initial code to get into the room, even though they said we received it. Had a small refrigerator no microwave

The room looked like the pictures, EXCEPT A VERY MINIATURE LIKENESS. IT WAS A PRISON CELL WITH NO WHERE TO SIT EXCEPT ON THE FLOOR......THERE WERE NO TABLES ETC.........JUST 1 BED AND A TV STAND IN THE ROOM. once again no where to sit at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY 1 PERSON COULD FIT IN THE BED COMFORTABLY. THIS WAS NOT A QUEEN SIZE BED....POSS A double size. At one point one of us thought about sleeping in our car. THE ROOM WAS SO SMALL, WE HATED GOING BACK AFTER OUR DAY OUT.We decided to plan extra outdoor events, to avoid going back to the room.

Everything was good.

Fantastic accommodation, across the road from the beach and a short walk away from the bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent & we had no issues with the self check-in. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Floor grout could use a bit more cleaning. Dark color in between tiles a little off putting because dirt made it black from dirt

I loved all the space, the terrace and cleanliness. Just wished there was a pool! Than it’d be perfect!!!!

nearby area was nice but the room was just very small for 3 people

I booked a suite and only got a tiny room with very limited facilities. Any hotel room would have had more space.Totally spoilt out trip

Location.Easy, self check in.Look and feel of the property.

Unfortunately the laundry is not back in use since Covid restrictions have eased. Similarly equipment for the beach, umbrellas etc, are still unable to be borrowed.
