The convenience of two bedrooms

The office staff were not the least bit polite or attentive. The employees acted bothered by questions from guests. no ?thank you for staying with us? or ?let us know if you need anything?.

It was a beautiful room that was spotless. I needed a place to stay because my airbnb fell through. It was perfect and in the best location.

We have stayed here before and have always had a great experience. The staff is so nice and willing to answer any questions. The location to restaurants, shopping and the beach is amazing. We will definitely be back.

The only complaint I have is that the room we stayed in was pretty much consumed by the bed which had a bed frame with short wooden posts that stick out past the bed. I can not tell you how many times my husband and I hit our shins or toes on that wood. A different bed frame would really help out room 403. But other than that, we love this place.

Location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Our unit was clean and comfortable and staff is very responsive - we stayed here last year and the same staff were there this year!

This is a very clean facility and located right off the beach.

We were checking out at 11am and at 10am a housekeeper started to knock on the door, incessantly. We told her through the closed door that we would be out in an hour, but she still wanted to speak with us. When we opened the door, her question was whether we needed milk for our coffee. I couldn't understand why it was so urgent that she was asking us this question when we told her we were leaving within the hour.

The setting and location was fantastic and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed being able to hang out outside our room at the small tables in the courtyard.

The rooms were not cleaned very well. The bathrooms had hair left on the floor and in the shower and the bedside lamps were covered in dust.

We did not have breakfast here. We were not aware they had breakfast. We did use the Espresso Machine. It was a deluxe machine and made top notch coffee.

Everything was top notch. No complaints. I guess the room could have been bigger, but was still fine, didn't feel cramped at all.

Staff and location are excellent.

We had a little problem working with the streaming TV so I walked down to the office. The young lady in the office dropped everything and came over to our unit to help. Thanks again.A little pricey perhaps but was perfect for two seniors.

The wifi didnt work fir the first 2 days (january 1st and 2nd) but the manager took care of it and it wirked perfectly after that with good speed.

Great location, walk to everything in this beachside village! Also, wonderful hotel facilities and staff. Great place!!!

The location right on the beach was perfect for us. The rooms are very well equipped.

There was a problem with the room upon arrival. The manager quickly and professionally took care of the problem...

This was my second stay here in the past year. Great room that was very clean. Cleaning staff is the best. Short walk to the beach and to the center of Lauderdale by the Sea and all the restaurants.

We return to Fort Lauderdale next May so we have already made our reservation at the Seaside Villas in Lauderdale By The Sea. Thank you for a great stay.

Upgraded rooms!

Very hard uncomfortable beds! Could use a mattress topper!

Location to restaurant, store and easy walking distance to the main road

The property was better than what we expected. The location was closer to the beach than what we thought it would be. Bed was comfortable and room had a great coffee machine. Pool was also very nice.
