Palm Cove Motel

The false advertisement is the only thing to like about this motel.

We arrived at the motel and tried to check in. Nobody was working. I called several times and got no answer. I texted several times and got no answer. We were never able to check in. Nobody was ever there.

The location

AC was dripping inside the room constantly when running, Staff asked me to turn AC off until maintenance could come fix the problem the next day. Maintenance never came during the entire week stay and I had to lay down towels on the floor to absorb the water.. Also, the motel had guest that were smoking weed outside in the parking lot, and the smell was overwhelming.

Very good location if you have things to do in Clearwater or the entire area.It was easy to book.Very comfortable and clean.

Small place, good size room for us, quiet as well.

Wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about it, except I think it needed more actual seating for relaxation.

I like the comfortable beds and the game room

Door code wouldn't work, but the property got back to me as soon as possible.

No one came and cleaned my room. AC constantly leaked. Had to wait before accessing room due to pad not working. Then I had someone park in my assigned parking.

The game room was so fun

The ac was dripping all night and made it difficult to sleep. The room got hot and decreasing the temp made the drips run like a faucet. It was difficult to get comfortable.

Very country and homey feeing to the room, I would recommend this to a couple . Very good for the price

There was no pool to soak in the sun! But there was a play room to shoot some pool arcade games, a lounge to sit back and relax and a TV if you choose to put on a little bit of music.

The Palm Cove Motel exceeded our expectations! Our room was spacious (even had closet space). Check in was super easy since they email you a code for the door to your room before you arrive. They provided everything you may need, even coffee and creamer. The game room was super cool and had a pool table, ping pong, foosball... just to name a few! About a 20 min drive to the beach.

The bed was very comfortable

TV didn’t work in unit 11. in game room, Most of the games didn’t work properly and or parts of the games were broken. Also we paid originally to get early entry but there was two strange people that we believe we’re on drugs in our room with a lot of stuff…. so that was a really strange first impression but luckily we were told we would be refunded for the early entry fee, we left to go check out pier 60 and when we came back in a few hours, the place looked and smelled clean. cleaning lady was nice.

The beds are so comfortable that I wanted to just stay in bed all day. Everything is clean and quiet. The game room is the icing on the cake. This place exceeded my expectations.

I was surprised. Very nice and clean. Communication was via email and text, I had no issues. Response time was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The tree by the front needs to be trimmed. It's very hard to see traffic coming when exiting the complex. Other than that, there were no issues.

Hidden gem in Clearwater! The room was clean & the location is great! Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!

Not sure how I was supposed to watch tv, was a Roku but not signed into anything…. Also bathroom sink drained slow, floor in unit was sticky too

We had an amazing time staying at Palm Cove Motel Clearwater! This budget-friendly motel was the perfect choice for us. We were looking for a clean, (room was spotless) comfortable, and affordable place to stay close to the beach and Palm Cove delivered in every way. The free parking didn’t hurt either ?The location is fantastic—we took a short drive to Clearwater Beach and we were in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other attractions.Bonus: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free.

Room is extremely small. No where to put your belongings, no desk. AC was more like a fan that barely worked. The overwhelming smell of bleach made it so I couldn’t even stay a night. I personally would not stay again.

It is run remotely and they communicate by false pretenses washer and dryer not operable with no urgency to repair this. Just false promises
