- Room was lovely as well as pool area. Bar tender was great as well.
- We loved the location and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked and had full sized appliances. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean. It was nice having the lounge right beside the pool to get drinks and snacks.
- Clean and nicely renovated. The grounds were well kept. Pool, lounge were nice and not overcrowded. Great location with easy access to pool and the beach.
Cons -
- It wasn't disclosed that your facility was under renovation which took away from a serene beach vacation. Also well overpaid given you were under construction. BIG miss not disclosing this to your guests. Check in staff were stand offish, please be more welcoming to your guests with greeting and providing directions.
- The unit was a little outdated, mostly the bathroom and kitchen. The room smelled a little musty.
- A cooktop would have been nice in our unit

Great location on the amazing Holmes Beach - you can walk on the soft white sand for miles. Was pleasantly surprised by the REALLY warm swimming pool - at least 85 if not higher.
Because used booking.com - was given the smallest room on the property. Have previously stayed at property in a much larger room. Staff seemed really inexperienced and not very customer focused. Ice machine broken for 2 days in the lounge. About one third of available rooms (all the beach front ones) still out of commission (dec. 2025) from hurricanes more than a year prior - boarded up so from the beach the hotel looked like it was out of business.
