The staff at check in was wonderful

The hotel for the price was ok. The tub and carpeting in hallways made me think..ew. won't stay again.

Location was convenient to get to downtown and the airport, but was not a safe area.

Hotel was relatively clean and an overall average hotel, but we did not feel safe walking around the area it was located in. We witnessed a drug deal in the adjacent gas station and you could hear gunfire from outside the hotel late one night.

I liked that everything was scented. That was a nice touch.

The towels were thin, and the room didn't have a magnifying makeup mirror.

The location was great. We had an issue with the washer which was dealt with promptly by staff. The room was clean and good for the most part and we were comfortable, so we ended up extending our stay. We plan to visit again and book a suite next time.

The guests who stayed in the room next to us were very loud, blasting music and smoking (we could smell it from our room). Didn't bother to complain to staff because we figured it was just a night of partying and thankfully it was just one night.

Difficult to find. There is no sign or board. GPS arrived at Residence inn marriot.I thought its wrong location then I went to Sonesta hotel at airport near hyatt place, waited in check in line for 15 min and front desk guided me to sonesta select.

Rooms was clean staff was nice.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night seemed like a frequent occurrence didn¿t know what to do and no staff assisted. Hotel still has signage from old owner.

Distance to airport

The first room that I was assigned had small flying bugs in bathroom sink. The room had a bad smell also. The second room that I was assigned, was clean, but did not have trash can liners,and the bath towels were wrinkled. It was difficult to locate hote

That the manager agreed to a 75% discount for our trouble.

We were locked out of our room (w/our stuff inside) 11:40pm-2:30am. After the staff struggling w/ ways to get in, the manager came at around 2:15am. Door battery was dead. Other issues included fighting guests, pot smell, & roaches. Fiasco of a night.

This hotel's lack of security camera, working entry gate was the main cause of 11 cars including mine to be broken into. The custodians of ten years said that he has witness 100+ mass break-ins at this property. Horrible experience.

Carpet very dirty. Room had smoke damage with strong cleaner smell. Very loud Hwy next to room.

The location and special advertised rate

Online special rules for discounted rates,non standard cancellation policy,and confusing stipulations to receive discounted rates created high stress,so I call ahead to state late check in and I was told that no reservation was found in my name

First there was no airport shuttle 20 dollar taxi ride. Then when I got in the bed it was so soft I sunk down into the springs. After finally going to sleep after my 5000 mile journey the air conditioner started squealing so loud it woke me up, so I

The proximity to the airport was great for an early morning flight. 9 minute drive.
