North Shore Inn at Lake Mead

The girl at the front desk was fantastic! Easy location. Breakfast included.

Walls were thin and I could hear next door clearly.

Very clean and spacious room. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and breakfast included.

Close to Valley of Fire. Room spacious. Internet worked well. The room was clean and cool when we arrived. The pool area looked very nice however we didn't get a chance to use the pool.

Rooms could use updating. The TV was very small compared to many hotels but it worked and got lots of channels! The breakfast was terrible even for a free one. Eggs, pancakes, sausage all cold and minimal to none for fruit, yogurt etc.

Clean rooms, decent accomodations.

front desk staff wasn't terribly friendly or helpful

This was a very nice place. Cozy and, most of all, clean. Had a nice breakfast selection. We had a small hiccup with our room, and the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate.

Some of the amenities could use some updating.

Location was good for a one-night stay. The clerk who was there when we checked in was great. She gave us her honest opinion of the few restaurants in town and we ended up with a goodie!

The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The hotel was clean and accommodated our request for an early check in.

The hot tub was the cold so we couldn¿t enjoy a relaxing soak after hiking.

That it was directly across the street from my brothers coffee shop and close enough to the wedding of his we were attending.

There was something left in the fridge and not sure of the cleanliness of the room since there was a half used bottle of lotion and no new lotion. The young lady behind the desk seemed really put out that I asked if she could please make more coffee.

Pleasant staff. Great location for us.

Cracked plumbing fixture, rust, hair in bathtub. Stayed an extra day, room was not cleaned and coffee not replaced. No one is perfect. I am over it lol

TV no signal at all and the staff couldn't fix it There are 3 Room lights not working The sink is leaking

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! IT WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE HAD ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR THE WEEKEND.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR THE QUALITY.

Loved the proximity to Valley of Fire Stare Park. The room¿s AC got nice and cool. The mini fridge was spacious. There was plenty of hot water. We enjoyed using the pool. For the area the location had excellent cell signal. Checkin was quick and easy.

The hotel¿s amenities like breakfast and the lobby area were closed. The business center was still closed for Covid while other hotels have found ways to open these areas up safely for guests. The pool area needed cleaned and taken care of.

Staff was incredibly friendly!

They weren¿t enforcing the mask mandate¿-not even the staff. The hotel smelled really bad¿like in the hallway.

No frills but did the job. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, pretty sterile on decor but doesn¿t matter. Clean nice place to stay. Only saw one staff member the entire time - front desk person - but she was darned friendly and astute.

A touch pricey but because there aren¿t many other places to stay nearby, I get it. A great place to stay when you¿re traveling through with the family.

Location, clean and comfortable very good breakfast compared to chains I gave been to.

It was really clean and the staff was very welcoming, accommodating and very helpful.

It creates an environment that fits well into the nearby State Park at its best. Decorated in keeping with the natural surrounding; a peaceful oasis from the neighboring village.
