I liked that it is clean, breakfast is good, staff are friendly

The fact that it is right next to major road construction was an inconvenience. The staff kindly put is in a room where we did not have noise but coming to, and leaving the hotel, was a pain every time.

The room checked all the boxes and made us feel like we had more than one room. The food was really good and they always had plenty. The staff was always pleasant and asking if we needed anything from the manager to the cleaning staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. John was the most friendly and professional hotel staff I have ever met. We felt like family and customers. Room was amazing. Breakfast was so good.

They were doing a bit of construction and had limited parking, but the front desk attendant made sure to make our stay pleasurable.

Not hotels fault, people upstairs were very loud. Called front desk to have time make a courtesy call, but noise was going on all night.

The USB ports in the room did not work at all. The refrigerator barely kept our food cold in room 326.

The room was spacious.

It¿s right next to I-35 so I could hear the traffic. It would wake me up throughout the night. Bathtub had several hairs from other people at the base of the outside of the tub.

The breakfast was ok.

The floor of the hotel room was horrendous. Anytime i got up to use the bathroom, or walk to the refrigerator, I had to put shoes on because the floor was so disgusting. It left a sticky film on your feet/knees/hands if you touched the floor. Disgusted

Awesome staff! Very clean room, just had an all around great experience. My daughter and two grandsons came up from Killeen to visit, and I thought it would be nice to stay in a hotel for a little getaway.

Only bad thing was Chuck E Cheese was literally right next store and my grandsons made me take them lol

It is a very clean hotel with a nice staff.

The walls are very thin for this expensive hotel. Especially when I get woken up at 1am when the next person comes in and blares the tv until 5 am. And coughs up fur balls for hours.

Location

The fruit at breakfast was spoiled. Several people noticed it but nothing was done about it.

The staff was real great also breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices to make, check in was very easy and location was easy to get to.

Rooms where awesome and very clean. Great location and great selection for breakfast.

Very comfortable stay at a hotel convenient to Randolph AFB and the San Antonio venues. Rooms and common areas are tastefully furnished. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast and other amenities were excellent.

Everything about our stay was excellent.

The bathroom toilet and surrounding area had not been cleaned. Pee on the toilet and floor.

Staff was very helpful and nice!!

The only bad experience with this hotel was the water pressure for showers was horrible!!! Had to take a shower for an half hr should only have taken 15 minutes.
