Advertises having a hotel, but doesn't include that it's not open for breakfast except for Saturdays and Sundays. Area is limited to what is offered for a breakfast meal. The outlets in my son's room would pull out of the wall and sink fall off of wall.

The pool had the look of mold running down the wall. When taking a bath the tub full up with water and look like feces on the curtain. Bugs walking around in the restroom. The hotel smells like mold and there was a hold in the ceiling which linked water.

The rooms were renovated but the tub wouldn’t drain while showering, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the sinks water faucet splashed water everywhere.

Smells like mold when you enter the lobby, filthy rooms, bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I can’t say one thing that was good about this place!

The location was fine - I had to be in the area for work and there aren't many options. The pool was nice enough in the summer.

I stayed here because I thought it would be nicer than the motels in the area, but I was wrong. I was in the region for work, not to gamble, and the hotel is really disappointing. No internet or cable, bad restaurant w/ limited hours, no housekeeping.

Absolutely nothing paid for a non smoking room they gave me a smokers room said can?t help it

clean room, looks newly refurbished. Bed was nice. Fridge and microwave in the room.

No soap or toilet paper when I arrived. What kind of quality control is going on where you don't have toilet paper/soap in the room? Room was kinda small. Internet was not working. Who doesn't have internet in this day and age? Would not stay again.

The stay at Lula Hotels, were quite and relaxing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.I enjoyed my stay . I like the clean room, the location, the service , security and safety. Overall everything were great. I like being the gaming area need staff

Easy to find

I did not like the room not having enough towels in the bathroom. I called the front desk to inform them of not enough towels. Front desk clerk stated someone would bring extra towels. Those extra towels never came!

They took a 50.00 deposit from me and did not refund as promised

No cable, they said they would also refund 10.00 because cable wasn¿t working

The hotel itself wasn't bad just the room I was in. No dusting at all. Bathroom bath towels had hair on it.

Nothing. The best part was driving away.

1)The online and phone recordings say 24hour casino. They said it was not after we arrived. 2) I callled before booking to ask about smoking rooms. They said they do have rooms available. After arriving I asked to move to smoking room. And they said no.
