Liked there wasn't visible bugs anywhere or drug addicts

Didn't like the front desk wasn't open or readily available for explaining their service. Some being that they don't provide daily room service, key cards become deactivated after midnight when check-out is 11, poor water pressure and more. Not a 2.5 stay

There was no hot water and there were big roaches

Staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to get checked in and get to my assigned room with ease.

The room offers a stove but seems to be out of order, no burners were installed.

Staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. The housekeeping staff are friendly.

Location was where I needed to stay.

Hotel was a mess, housekeepers working 12 hours and still didn't get everything they needed done. Understaffed. Room wasn't clean and no replacement could be found. 10pm and im cleaning myself. General mngr accused me of smoking in the room upon checkout.

this hotel was a very very bad experience they were not open to check me in and on the door they had a note saying no refunds. I do not recommend this hotel if you are coming in off of a late flight because they will not be open to check you in.

1) No Front desk, waited 1 hour 2) Rooms smell bad 3) Bed sheets and towels are dirty 4) refrigerator noise 5) Unfriendly staff

I had cockroaches in my room and the staff was not helpful. I only stayed 1 night and had to get my key card fixed because it wouldn¿t let me back in my room. Definitely not coming back.

I was pleased with the location. It was not hard to find.

I was not pleased with the reservation or booking process. Check-in was not too bad. Cleanliness was less than stellar.

Bad does not even begin to cover it. Roaches everywhere. They were in the bathroom, on the bed, etc. I have never seen a worse hotel. I stayed there for 4 days, my room was never cleaned once. Avoid at all costs.

No towels in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo, hair dryer, or extra toilet paper rolls. Called to ask for towels after hours and they acted put out about having to provide them. Only one hair dryer for entire bldg, so I had to go buy one. Unfriendly.

Yes the staff was very rude when we checked in there was no toilet paper in the room and there were no towels and the ac did not work very well we left and came back that night and there were bugs in the room so I called the front desk and they close at 7

Had no remote for TV. No one cleaned or swept under the bed. And killed four roaches in the bathroom within a 10 min period. Went to the front desk and no one was there. Won¿t be staying there anymore. Plus the place smelled like a smoke shop.

The price is better than other hotels in the area.

The lack of privacy/peace. The walls are paper thin. I can hear guests talking in the room next to me, so I'm sure they can just as easily hear me. Frequently, couples will yell, argue, throw things, pound on doors, and no one does anything about it.
