Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans-Elmwood/Clearview Parkway Area

The breakfast quality was one of the best we have come across. I usual opt out of the "free" breakfast at most hotels because it's generally just bad, but this breakfat was great. Ate there all 3 days. Clean rooms, safe parking, friendly staff.

Only had two towels in room which was not a problem to get more, but maybe put 4. Not a big deal. Got more towels easily.

The front desk staff was amazing! The first day we arrived they let us check in early! We arrived the 29th of September and I know the front desk lady, but I cannot remember the rest¿.she was AWESOME and so helpful!

Pot smell occasionally, but it is New Orleans and also need to keep more towels at the pool. Other than that great place to stay!

Cleanliness & up to date (not with just a can of paint). The staff was quite helpful, accommodating and professional. Young lady at the front desk gave recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast was EVERYTHING! (oatmeal cold on Sat morn)

Room was a little tight for 3 ppl. We made due. There was a guest/visitor playing music in the parking lot after 10p, called the front desk and it was addressed.

This hotel needs an additional star. I was thrilled to find a clean, truly disinfected hotel. The staff is pleasant,caring and hands on at all times. You will leave this hotel feeling clean and refreshed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find and in a good location around lots of places to eat and shopping center.

Got upgraded without cost

Breakfast did not meet demand for seating or food.

I was there for Tulane Parents Weekend. Staff was very friendly. Clean room. Good location.

I will never stay at this Hampton ever again! The location is terrible and we were put in a room right next to the pool so while we were trying to sleep we heard kids yelling and screaming throughout the night. The staff were less than willing to help.

Room was clean and AC worked well.

Coffee maker was not as easily assessable to my desire.

The room had an odd odor, not offensive, I suspect it was from whatever cleaning materials the maids were using.

This was a business trip, and proximity to the meeting was paramount. It was a great location, close to shops and restaurants, easy drive from the airport. Great breakfast, free wifi, nice & clean room. Quiet, so I got a good night's sleep.
