The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was being renovated. I would have liked to have known before hand. But our room looked like it was one of the first to be remodeled. It was very clean and comfortable.

Beds with very comfy. Nice breakfast

The hotel I think was in the middle of a remodel. Many unfinished areas. Halls, closets and drywall very rough looking.

The pillows.

I was put in a handicapped room that smelled musty. The bathroom shelves in the shower and in the bathroom were non-existent. No place to hang a towel for instance.

Newer hotel fair price great location. Halfway home from Florida.

Walls too thin . . . too much street noise. Electronic key problems, had to switch rooms. Several light didn't work.

It had a door that locked

The room was damp and musty. The curtains had mold. The fan in the shower did not work, and there were fingerprints on the headboard.

Older motel. The room was clean, but dated. Morning breakfast was decent, with eggs, sausage, waffles, and good selections of sides. I w ould rate the overall experience as average or even a bit below average.

Motel severally needs an good facelift. Certainly seemed dated.

The counter attendant when we checked in was absolutely delightful. The staff overall was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the room.

The exterior door near the hallway to our room did not latch or lock. The area seemed pretty safe, but that would be a good thing to get repaired.

Hotel staff seemed pleasant and welcoming.

Our room, 227, had a stained chair, broken handle on the drawers, missing battery cover on the remote control, and very filthy floors. The floors seemed like they were recently mopped with dirty mop water. After my shower, feet felt sticky on the floors.

Nice hotel, just off I-24, about 30 minutes west of Chattanooga. Good room and buffet breakfast. Be aware this is Central Time, so if you're heading to Chattanooga as I ws, you'll lose an hour.

Old hotel, kid of remodeled more like a 1.5 or 2 star hotel.

Toilet wobbled beds too hard floors very very dirty my feet were black just from walking to bathroom from bed will not stay there again.

Everything! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. Will stay here again!

Hotel says pet friendly but does not take cats! Door lock/keycard didn't work. Room was very dirty. Floors were non carpeted and they made my feet black! Smudges are handprints all over headboards and doors, clearly not clean. Breakfast was a joke.
