The beds were good. Overall good besides not have body wash in the shower.

The shower floor doesn’t seem they cleaned it well. There was no body wash. Not even a little bit. When I was in the shower I had to get out and find something else to wash my self with. I used the facial bar of soap.

Hot tub, pool, and breakfast

Beds were very uncomfortable felt like a spring in my back all night long each night, pillows hard, brought my own blankets and it is good that I did becuase the sheets and blankets had a bad smell and made me itch. This irritated my allergies

They charged a 50 dollar deposit each night of stay. They had my card on file do if something was wrong they could charge that. Rooms had odor and blankets/sheets made us itch. Pillows were very hard

Great staff called about a rollaway bed several weeks before arrival and it was sitting in our room when we got up there

I love the location, the room itself and the staff were all great.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself and bathroom were clean, although there was a hair on one of the nightstands, but it could have been from one of the cleaning people.

I love this particular hotel and there's nothing that I dislike about it.

The hotel staff was amazing. Hotel was extremely clean. Anything extra we asked for such as extra towels and pillows was delivered to us immediately. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and had items other hotels did not. We will definitely stay here again!

Bed Bugs. I called the front desk to advise them. The agent  didn¿t seem surprised. She offered to change my room or refund me if I¿ want to check out. I decided to check out. The hotel never refunded me.

Scheduled pool times was nice. Could enjoy pool without a ton of people in it and be able to sit and relax in hot tub without unsupervised kids playing in it. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good for grab n go. Our stay was quiet. Comfortable beds

sink in bathroom didn't drain, items left in room from guests before us, hot tub jets didn't fully work, remote to TV wouldn't work, not the best water pressure and was a little hard to figure out shower at first, shower takes a few to change temperature.

Everything was dirty and nasty and broken the pool had to much chemicals in it couldn¿t even swimm

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great.

I'm allergic to wheat. the non wheat options were very limited due to covid19. The halls were noisy on weekend nights. There isn't much that can be done about that.

I had a bug bed in my bed i get bit up i itch al night i didn't get no rest i was in rm 205 had to be move to rm 317 their wasn't a discount or anything offer to me for bening bit up all night, im very upset this was my mothers day gift, my husband 2 be

Location

Noticed slight smoking smell when checking in. After 2 days refused my business for 3rd saying I was smoking in room. At 54 years old have yet to ever taste a cigarette.

The check in staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although there was not a hot breakfast, they provided a boxed breakfast that included hardboiled eggs, fruit cup and bagel with cream cheese. They also had hot coffee ready
