the front desk was awesome!! So kind and he greeted us with our names anytime he saw us! The breakfast buffet was also awesome. Soo much selection! And everything was very clean!

The staff was very friendly. My boss Rod booked this for me but I was the person who stayed in the room.

I was very unhappy with the cleanliness in the room. I found cheese crackers crumbs IN the bed. The top sheet had a dark stain in 2 spots right where the sheet would hit my face. Sheets had wrinkles like from a person and were dirty. Pillow case stains

The room is clean and the hotel is new.

The only problem I have is the drainage in the bath tub is kind of blocked so that water just accumulates, which is very annoying.

Pool out of service until December ? It¿s October that is a long time. The hotel needs a little TLC. Updates are needed to carpet and bathrooms No laundry room available Slight odor to room.

i fell when entering the shower, called front desk to ask for ace bandage, lady at the desk indicated, they do not carry them in the first aide kit,she didnt sound likr she even care. the pool was out of order, si kids were unhappy

I would advise that a microwave be made available in the room as we didn¿t have one only a fridge.

Staff was fabulous. Clean, large rooms. Good breakfast. Close to stores/restaurants.

The pool is broken (they told me not due to COVID and the “full breakfast” was literally an apple and a fruit filled granola bar. No choices for yourself, just a packed breakfast, but you are paying full price. The staff was very rude.

The hotel was clean and had friendly courteous staff. The dining area was clean and well stocked for the breakfast meal. An overall good experience.

In addition to being a nice, clean hotel with comfortable rooms, it is easy to get to this hotel from the highway and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance once you are there. They also serve a very nice breakfast.

The area is not scenic--it is clogged with hotels, malls, and restaurants. But then, no one stays here for the scenery so most of those same things are a plus in terms of convenient access to food and shopping.
