Snake River Lodge & Spa

Friendly staff, excellent location and live music at the restaurant was tons of fun.

Our room was next to a loading dock that was very noisy.

Bed.

No fan in the bathroom and the room walls seemed thin.

It was very clean & classy.

It was expensive but no more than everything else in the town. It was a long way from the Teton park.

Classic feel spacious room.

Mold in the shower, no continental breakfast, tried to order breakfast (required 20% tip and $8 service fee with NO way to just go downstairs and order food), we left a message for service with no call back. No hand soap! $--- rip off.

The free grab and go breakfast that is advertised on the flyers is false advertising. They charge you for breakfast. This is a 3 star hotel. Not 4

Nice location.

Room 126 should not be booked. It looks out on the service entrance, the grill of the pool entrance, and is across from the laundry room. Absolutely no view. The room was far below the caliber that I expected for the hotel.

Added extra charges even though no additional services were used. We were informed we would be credited those charges back, will f/u with them Wed if not seen yet to check on status.

It was in a great location. The hotel was filled with Western charm. The staff was excellent. I'd come back again.

The laundry facilities need significant attention and repair. It's inadequacy is in stark contrast to the excellence in every other area.

Beautiful.. Close to everything¿ The Staff were Exceptional on Every count, Kind and Courteous and there to help with Every need.

Great location, quiet yet plenty of shops to check out along with the chair lifts. Beds were comfy, room was ready & clean when we got there a little early. The restaurant was in the bar area so we were a bit skeptic but the service & food was excellent

Hotel employee was very welcoming and helpful. He listened and was able to help us enjoy our stay here.

The rooms were great, however it was hard to get out of bed and not hit our knee on the heating system and there is be little room for more than one suitcase.

Broken window in room. No T.V. Reception. Dirty, old and unsanitary. Will never stay here again

The staff!! Excellent!! So friendly and helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions. (due to the fact it was our first time visiting the area)

Location is perfect for Teton Viillage. The front desk person is very professional and helpful.

Ran out of hot water during an off season visit... This should not happen at an expense high end resort.

The receptionist was rude on check in and not helpful Communication was poor. The ¿continental breakfast¿ is not complimentary they charged $25 a plate. Bathroom exhaust didn¿t work I wouldn¿t recommend this Hotel

We checked in late at night and no one was manning the front desk. We found the attendant in the break room. She was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We were so looking forward to staying at the resort but there is no resort service at this hotel.

Not resort level feel or service. Room, a two Queen premium room, was the size of a small hovel. LOL

Location in teton cillage

Kinda meh¿.. outdoor hottub not working when we were there Historical elevator is neat and kitschy but sucks when doesn¿t work and no inside stairs to you room or you get stuck in it Hotel bar pretty lame

The bed was comfortable

Staff couldn't speak english. Food was terrible,no flavor & my husband's steak was not cooked correctly.For the price of the food it should have been amazing, it was NOT worth what we paid.riom view was of side of building. DEFINITELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE

Forgot how old this place was. Long hallways and small rooms but it was done with good quality in the day. Noisy a/c
